It is my due date, and my water just broke. It is currently 3:30 in the morning. Hardin is staying at a hotel since Steph isn't letting him near me till baby girls here. I call Hardin and he is at my apartment door in 5 minutes. Kim spent the night watching me and the twins.
I hear a knock at the door, and as I open the door; I get my first contraction. I grab the door handle in pain. "Tessa are you okay?!" Hardin says. I nod as it passes. I grab him and pull him into a hug. He hugs me tight. I pull away to kiss him. "I missed you" he smiles. "me too"
" let's leave after my next contraction." he nods. I grab his hand and bring him into the twin's room. "be very quiet" he nods confusedly. As I open the door; I chuckle at the fact that Emery is sleeping with her butt in the air and holding tight to the rabbit Hardin got her. He chuckles at the sight of Auden's arm in between the bars of his crib.
" The sleep like you" I tease. he chuckles. He kisses them and tells them he loves them.
I walk into my room where Kim was sleeping and tell her we are leaving. she nods.
—— We get to the car when I get my next contraction. "Tess just breathe. we're almost there." I nod — I got my epidural a few hours ago. It's currently 10:15 am and I'm only dilated 6 centimeters. I have a feeling baby girl is going to take her time.
I woke up from my nap, and Hardin and I started talking. " Tessa, what are Emery and Auden like." my heart breaks. " Emery loves to cook, bake and play tea party.-he laughs- she is very headstrong. When her mind is made up there is no changing it. Her hair is getting darker, and her eyes are so green." I move over so that he can come to sit next to me. I show him some pictures of Emery. "This is from when she woke up to tell me she wanted chocolate milk. It was 3:30 in the morning." he laughs
