".....remember the last event alright and don't worry too much about it. May magbabantay naman sa inyo doon. Good luck guys, and i will let my assistant help arrange your position para sa pagrampa nyo."

Mukhang late na ako dahil di ko narinig ang part tungkol sa last event at kung anong gagawin dito. I guess i will just ask these girls then.

Lumapit ako sa isang babaeng naka red na gown at tinapik sa balikat nito. Lumingon naman ang huli. " Yes? May kailangan ka.... oh wow you look gorgeous, bago ka ba? i don't see you in our company kasi eh? Saang model agency ka ba nagtatrabaho?" mahabang sabi nito.

Great mukhang mabunganga pa tong natanungan ko. I guess i have no choice.

"Thank you. I'm just a sub though I'm not a model. Tatanong lang pala sana ako kung ano ba ang magiging last event na gagawin." sagot ko na lang dito.

"Oh i see. Tungkol pala sa last event it's like an auction, but instead of things ay tayo ang i a-auction. Don't worry though dahil ang gagawin lang natin ay i dadala tayo nang nakabili sa atin sa isang restaurant for a date, it won't take too long at may magbabantay man sa ating kung sakaling may gawing masama ang nakabili sa atin. I think this is really fun for us, we get to help the needy AND we get to have free food. Sana nga lang di oldy ang makapili sa akin, just thinking of it makes me.......Ughh creepy" mahabang pagexplain nito.

Buti na lang at may papalit sa akin so i won't worry too much about this.

"Kanina pa ako nag sasalita di pa pala ako nagpapakilala. Ako nga pala si Anessa Delgado, just call me nessy. Ikaw anong pangalan mo."

"Ehem.. I'm Vin... oh shoot i almost said my real name...Vi..Vina, just call me Vina." pakilala ko dito.

Magsasalita pa sana siya ng mag announce ang emcee ng simula ng fashion show.

"Usap tayo mamaya ah punta na ako pwesto ko." kumaway pa ito sa akin bago umalis.

Pumunta na rin ako sa pwesto ko at naghudyat na ang emcee sa simula ng show. Second to the last ako kaya di ako masyadong kabado at mapaghahandaan ko pa ang sarili ko.

Sa wakas turn ko na. I'm now walking on the ramp, i was just focusing myself in the front and mentally thinking of the fashion videos i watched. Nang nasa dulo na ako umukot ako ng isang beses bago bumalik sa likod.
As i was turning di ko pinahalata sa mukha ko ang kaba ng mamataan ko sa baba ang isang taong di ko inaakalang pupunta sa isang show na ganto.

Ivan's POV

"C'mon bro kailangan ko ng papalit sa akin bilang bisita sa show at ikaw lang ang available today. Please dude i can't go to that place at may importanteng lakad ako. You just need to sit there and bet, promise masasayahan ka naman dun."

Kanina pa tong hayop na to. He wants me to proxy in a stupid fashion show, i rather work than attend that nonsense.

"I told you no, can you stop being annoying and leave me alone." nagtitipa lang ako sa laptop ng hindi tumitingin rito.

Napalingon naman kami sa pinto ng bumukas ito.

"May problema ba mga anak, may naririnig akong sumisigaw. Nagaaway ba kayo." sabi ni dad

"Kailangan ko lang ng taong aattend sa show kaso wala na akong masabihan kundi si kuya. Pa pilitin mo nga si kuya na pumunta please?" napaikot na lamang ako ng mata habang naglalambing ito kay dad na may kasama pa talagang yakap.

"Haha yun lang naman pala, sei anak pumayag ka na sa gusto ng kapatid mo. Para naman makapagrelax ka, puro ka na lang trabaho it's your time off right at least make good use of it. Malay mo makahanap ka ng girlfriend duon."

"Dad I'm not going okay, I'm busy." sabi ko na lang dito.

Well kakatapos pa lang nang ginagawa ko but i won't tell them that.

"Please anak, para sa akin na lang okay." pagmamakaawa nito sa akin.

Great his giving me the puppy dog eyes again. I love dad but he can be such a kid sometimes, i wonder how he managed all his businesses with that kind of attitude.

"Ugh fine I'll go ok." sabi ko na lang

"Yes! Salamat kuya. Dad i have to go, i really have an urgent meeting tonight in cebu regarding the hotel were planning to build. Bye pa, kuya." humalik muna ito kay dad bago dali-daling umalis.

"I also have to go anak may meeting ako with the investors in thailand, bukas rin ata uuwi ang iba mong kapatid. Ingat ka na lang ok."

Tumango naman ako dito at humalik rin sa pisngi nito. "Ok dad you be careful too." niyakap muna ako nito bago umalis.

"Kuya David i will just call you if i need to go back you can just rest." paalam ko sa driver ko. Tumango ito bago umalis.

I just got here in the hotel and it seems this will be a big event since i saw celebrities and famous businessmen too.

"Sir Ivan is that you? What are you doing at a place like this." lumingon ako sa nagsalita at nakita si Xavier Newton, isa sa mga anak ng investors ng company.

"I was invited." yun na lang ang sinabi ko, nakakatamad naman mag explain.

"I see. Oh i almost forgot, I'd like you to meet Miss Sierra Montalvan my date for today. Sierra this is sir Ivan Valentin, the current CEO of the company dad invested in." pakilala niya sa kasama nito na ngayon ko lang napansin.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Sir Ivan, i hope you enjoy yourself tonight." she said.

"Likewise, Mr. Newton i have to go i will leave you two alone." di ko na lang pinansin ang malagkit na tingin mang babaeng kasama nito saakin at pumasok na sa loob.

Those kinds of woman are really annoying.

I was about to sit when i heard the mc announce the start of the show. One by one models with different styles of gowns we're walking the runway. Many people we're in awe of the colorful and unique designs the dress emanates.

Then i was momentarily struck when the next model appeared.

She was wearing a beautiful white gown and had long curly black hair. She walked with elegance that makes you drawn into her. Not only i was bewitched by her beauty, almost all the audiences were speechless and couldn't take their eyes off of her. There was something to her that captivates you than all the models that I've seen today.

Then our eyes met for a second before she goes back the runway.

At an instant another person goes into my mind when i saw her eyes that shone like jewels. But that person held a cold gaze that mirrored mine.

I smirked at that thought.

Looks like this day is not a waste of time afterall.
