Chapter 32: Laughter

Kashi's POV

"HURRY UPPPPPP"

I just barely hear the blonde scream

"aye ya ya, now I gotta run"

I sigh, laughing as I speed after Naru

"Oh gods, now I can't see him"

I whine, picking up speed

As I ran, I notice most of the villagers watching Naru run

I couldn't tell what they were thinking but I'll assume it was nothin goo-

OH FUDGE

I jump over a lady and her child, just barely touching them

I land on my feet, deeply exhaling in relief

I quickly apologize to the lady and go back to running

"I really need to stop gettin distracted with my thoughts -w-"

I decide that it'll be easier to just travel on the roofs so I jump to the side and
jump onto one of the roofs

I sigh, thankful that there won't be anymore more people in the way

"Now to find Naru-chan"

I smirk, jumping and running on top of the buildings

The blonde eventually comes into view

"He's almost to lord third, time to act"

I smile, cheering to myself

I then sunshine in front of Naruto, just as he runs into me

'Ouch, he hit hard' QWQ

I thought as I clench my stomach

"Ow...Sorry sorry"

I hear the young blonde apologize and stand up

"Apology accepted Naru, how dare you make me run T^T"

I pout as Naru looks up at me, clearly surprised that it was ✨me✨

Then out of nowhere, Naru jumps and hugs me

Thank gods I was able to catch him- that would have not been pretty if I didn't-

I break away from my thoughts as I hear my favorite little blonde friend's
adorable laughter, completely forgettin that he was apologizin again

"You're slow!"

I hear Naru say between laughter

I start to laugh too

'I like it when you laugh Naru, keep doing that'

I thought as I gently look at the laughing blonde

'his laugh is the best feeling ever'

I smile gently

I don't want this feeling to end
