racing thoughts.
scattered mind.
her smile,
can't let anyone see what's behind.
long sleeves.
books filled with words.
when they talk about her weight,
it only makes it worse.
missing assignments.
tired eyes.
she's locked away
in a prison of her own disguise.
trembling hands.
hollow smile.
no ones asks her how she's doing,
she hasn't been okay for a while.
skipping meals.
numbers on the scale.
it's getting bad,
can't you see all her plans start to fail.
blurry vision.
distant sounds.
one of you needs to help
before all that's left of her
is pieces on the ground.
