Honestly, the days that passed after the sports festival were tiresome. Izuku gained quite a bit of fans from the whole ordeal, but he would slowly learn to understand them and get better over time. But, that would have to wait.
The main focus as of now, was between master and student.
Toshinori put a hand on his students shoulder and he grinned. It was a true share of pride that he spared for only one. "Young Midoriya...I am, astonished. You did amazing out there! Your mastery over One For All was such an improvement! How you did it, is beyond me but from breaking your bones to being able to utilize it as effectively as it was shown...how?"
Izuku chuckled a bit as he waved it off, but he simply looked at his master as he smiled a bit. "I'm Glad you enjoyed the improvement! Aizawa-Sensei really helped me out and, your thoughts helped me out greatly. Putting it forward, i was able to train day in and day out, Due to me being decent in the class academic wise, so i don't gotta worry about the hassle of work! Plus, i wanted to heed your word and make a name for myself."
The pair laughed at this, as Izuku sighed. Toshinori simply just shook his head, and closed his eyes for a moment. Izuku however, focused down to his drink and swirled it around slightly. "I'm glad to call you my Successor, Young Man."
He had sat back as he sipped his Coffee. A slight glance being given to the boy whom had sipped his Tea. The words registering themselves across the boys face for a moment, But Izuku simply smiled at the compliment.
A comfortable silence fell around the pair, as Toshinori decided to press a few matters that would be needed for his Predecessors future. It had to be done, before things may have escalated. "Young Midoriya, I got a question to ask of you."
Naturally not really expecting such a serious tone from his Master, Izuku was taken aback by this, but simply raised a brow as he nodded. His gaze fully focusing forward now. "Umm...Yes, All-Might?"
Toshinori narrowed his eyes, before he sat up. His attention now fully on his student. He understood that this could...waver, the trust the two shared, but it was needed. "I don't mean to press into any matters that may not concern me but....Can you tell me about Young Bakugo and your past?"
Izuku simply stared towards the Skeleton. No direct response was given, but a faint look of...concern? No, this was of Fear. It was faint, but it was there. "Young Midoriya, I never wanted to press the topic and break trust you have in me, but...seeing the way you, and I'm sorry for my crude language but...brutally beat the shit out of that Idiot...it had me thinking."
Izuku slowly nodded, before noticing The Hero put 1 finger up. "In the first time you where tested by Aizawa, Young Bakugo shot at you before being stopped by Aizawa."
Yet again, he put up another finger. This time, Two. "Another instance was during hero training. He didn't even bat an eye to what I said and the glare he...gave off was so familiar to that of a villains. after you beat him, he always barked remarks at you. Also another thing I have to mention is...well, see for yourself."
He pulled out a picture taken by the crowd, when Izuku removed his shirt during the fight against Todoroki, although faintly...
One could see not only burn marks, but old bruising. The shy and timid nature also added into The blondes surprise. He however, looked at Izuku who's smile disappeared entirely. He had been looking down at the table as he definitely was getting somewhere with this.
Now Toshinori just needed to hit the nail on the coffin, and he had a general idea behind this. Trauma and PTSD were in cases, most likely what the young man infront of him had suffered. But, to what extreme?
