The Beginning
This is not a quick fix, this takes time and patience. As time moves on and you start to feel different, you will begin to notice things change in your life. It is not generally a linear path to the change you are hoping for in your life. You will move forward at times and feel wonderful, but then you will fall back and have bad days too. That is when you will want to reflect back to the work that you have done and make sure you are applying the techniques described in this book or ones that you have come up with on your own. What will be most beneficial for you throughout this journey, which by the way never ends, is the compassion that you have for yourself when you come to discover things about yourself and when you fall down. Do not put yourself down for falling back some, it is inevitable. It happens to all of us and is the nature of the internal work. Be kind to yourself, you have been taught your whole life to operate in a different way, mainly externally. So when things are not flowing as you want them to flow, you have to be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to have those falls.
Now that you have made it to the end of the book, your new beginning is about to start. You may need refreshers, feel free to go back to reread this book or contact me for more individualized work. Remember from the beginning of this book, the work is never complete. You will have to continue to remove others' expectations, judgments and beliefs. Continue to connect to your Inner Self on a daily basis, if not more often. As long as you continue to be authentically you, then you will continue to feel joy and peace. We are always living in a constant state of flux. Life is not always going to be joyful and peaceful, but the more that you stay connected the more that you are able to light the world and help others to light the world too. When the negative things arise, it gives you the knowledge that you are disconnected and alerts you to do any of the techniques that help you get connected. Ultimately, you are attempting to achieve self-love. This love will then open you up to loving deeper and more meaningfully and move you toward your potential.
