Self-care is your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This is not a one size fits all. Everyone has to decide what works best for their own self-care. In regard to connecting to your Inner Self and moving toward your potential, it is necessary to make your well-being a priority. Hopefully you are doing at least one thing for each of the areas mentioned. Although, if you are not, start to do something or multiple things so that you are taking care of your well-being in all four of these categories.
Below write either what you are doing or how you feel in these areas of your life. Also, write what you think you could do that will result in your well-being for each of the areas listed.
