Are you feeling stuck, not quite yourself, more negative than positive, anxious, worried, bored, numb or apathetic to life? Do you notice that when you make changes in your life you often end up in a similar situation as before the change and again...
Throughout this book I will offer opportunities of observation. It is important that you take the time to reflect on the action that you take. It will show you what changes resulted from your internal work. If it benefits you to do an exercise over and or wait for some time to pass after completing the exercise before you finish the observation then choose to do that. For each of the observations, you may use any type of method to detail what you have observed. The space I provided is for writing down responses, but you may not enjoy engaging in a literal writing technique to explain what you have observed about each of the exercises. You may like to draw a picture, play some music, write a story, song or poem, create a dance, and so on. For this section, you may wish to use a notebook or other paper to complete the observations. The questions are just suggestions for this area, this is your opportunity to look back at the work you have done and understand how it has an influence over you.
