{Y/N}: "Hey Sweetheart, how is it going?"

I asked my boyfriend, who owns a bookshop, right around the corner of my apartment.

{Nagito}: "Ah! Nice to see you!"

He says, walking towards me, places a few books beside him on the counter.

{Y/N}: "Are you happy to see me?"

I asked him, smiling as he pulled me into a hug.

{Nagito}: "Of course! Are you having lunch break right now?"

{Y/N}: "Yes, I thought it would be a nice time to visit you."

{Nagito}: "I'm honored you are sacrificing your break for me."

He said, nervously putting a hand behind his head.

{Y/N}: "Please, I love your little shop."

{Nagito}: "Only the shop or me too?"

{Y/N}: "Of course you too!"

I said, smiling brightly.
He smiled too, but sadder.

{Nagito}: ".. Are they bullying you at work again?"

I stayed still for a few seconds, before nodding.
Tears were forming in the corner of my eyes, thinking of what just happened again.

{Nagito}: "Hey, it's okay."

He pulled me into a hug again, stroking my hair.

{Y/N}: ".. Thank you.."

{Nagito}: "Don't mention it. But.. I told you, you can work here with me. I bet it's better than your job right now."

{Y/N}: "I know but.. I wanted to do something on my own.."

He looked at me, giving me a forehead kiss.

{Nagito}: "You can still do something on your own. Maybe not now, but we got time, we are young."

{Y/N}: "I guess you're right.."

Nagito looked over my shoulder, a customer just went in.

{Nagito}: "Ah, give me one second."

Maybe I should really quit.. I will just do it for the rest of the month, so that I'll get my full pay check..

But what if he ever breaks up with me? If that happens, I wouldn't be able to work here any longer too.

I just hope that will never happen at all.

So I need to know.

{Nagito}: "I'm back."

{Y/N}: ".. C-Could you meet me today in the park?"

{Nagito}: "Sure thing, after work?"

{Y/N}: "A little later if that's possible.."

{Nagito}: "of course, just call me when you have time."

{Y/N}: "I will do that."

I was looking at my phone, realizing my break was almost over.

{Y/N}: "Oh, I have to go.."

{Nagito}: "We'll meet after work."

He kissed my cheek, making sure I would be alright for the last few hours of work.
I waved goodbye and went there.

It was.. Horrible, like always.

Okay okay (Y/N), you can do this, you planned this for too long.

I reassured me that it's gonna be fine, after all.. Why wouldn't he say 'yes'?

I thought to myself, going to the park.

Thank god no one's here so late at night. I called Nagito and told him to meet me here in 10 minutes.

Okay, flowers.. Check..
.. Candles, check.
Ring.. Wait. Where's the Ring??

I searched in my pockets, in panic.

Ah crap there it is..

{Y/N}: "Goddammit.."

{Nagito}: "(Y/N)?"

I jumped a little in shock, when a hand touched my shoulder.

That was .. Really fast.

Alright Alright, there's no going back.

{Y/N}: "H-Hi! Hi.."

{Nagito}: ".. Are you okay?"

I nodded in embarrassment, looking around.

{Nagito}: "Did you do this?"

{Y/N}: "Yes.."

{Nagito}: ".. Crap did I forget anything?? Is it your birthday? No wait, I know when your birthday is..is it mine?"

I laughed a little, holding his hands.

{Y/N}: "Don't worry, you didn't forget anything."

{Nagito}: "What is it then? What's the reason you prepared all this?"

I took a deep breath and picked up the flowers.

{Y/N}: "A-Alright, listen to me alright?"

He nodded, looking confused as I gave him the bouquet.

I kneeled down, pulling the ring out of my pocket.

{Y/N}: "I'm not good at things like this but.. We have been together for almost three years, a-and I'm really *lucky* to have you, you always help and comfort me, being there.. And all in all.. I want to be with you forever, running the book shop and move into a house someday with pets.. So to cut things short.. I love you, and I want you to marry me."

I closed my eyes for a second, being scared of his reaction. He didn't say anything the next seconds. When you have to wait, even a few seconds are long..I slowly opened my eyes, only to see him cry, I got up and hugged him.

{Y/N}: "Why are you crying?"

{Nagito}: "Because.. Because I can't believe you want to marry someone like me."

{Y/N}: "Of course I want to, you're literally the best thing in my life."

{Nagito}: ".. Of course, I do want to marry you. I can't believe my luck."

{Y/N}: "Thank god.. I thought you would say no for a second."

I was relieved, and embarrassed, maybe I was even shaking a little.

{Nagito}: "I wouldn't dare! I would never forgive me if I would have said no."

{Y/N}: "I'm.. Really happy."

I said, putting the ring on his finger.

{Nagito}: "Me too darling, me too."
