Peridot turns around.

Iron: Ugh, peridot steven is tricking you, there's no way the diamonds are here

Iron turns around to talk the sense oit of peridot and Steven snatches the prism from her. He then exits the truck and locks peridot and iron inside.

Iron: What the?!! (notices the prism is gone from her hands*) Noooo!!

Peridot: (screams*) Ahh, no! Ahh!

Steven: Save both of your strength! You're up against one of the earth's greatest trapping technologies: the child safety lock!

Peridot: (gasps and cowers*) Oh, no! How could you do this to us especially me, the great and lovable Peridot?! I thought we were finally friends like you wanted...

Steven: I saw you sneak this off the moon base while nobody else was looking! (holding up the prism*) What is it? Tell me!

Peridot: It's nothing special. And definitely not important at all.

Steven: Hmm! (picks up a hammer lying on the floor*) Then why don't I just smash it!

Peridot: Nonononono, wait! All right, look. Iron have a plan. Allow me to explain... It's... a communicator. Meant for the express purpose of contacting the Diamonds back on Homeworld.

Steve: You're both still trying to contact Homeworld?

Peridot: Yes, of course! We figured it out. You simple clods keep trying to protect the earth, but you can't do anything right! I let myself get carried away, too... laughing, singing, building our little machine... but don't you see? None of that matters! All that matters is that I'm of use to Yellow Diamond! This planet can be of use to Yellow Diamond! I must contact her, to reveal what I've discovered!

Steven: Well what about y/n's gem?! Tell me about it or else you can kiss your communicator goodbye!

Iron: If that's what it will take then fine!! (sighs*) At the end of era 1, the three diamonds. White diamond, Yellow diamond, and Blue diamond decided to make a new diamond, a diamond that will have the titled "the strongest gem in existence". And when it's finally confirmed. They made this gem on a dark and shallow planet, they inserted a black, powerful, and dangerous injector with a combination of at least one abilities of each diamond. They named it "black diamond" because from which planet it was originated. The entire empire spend their valuable time and resources to make sure black diamond will emerged perfectly. However, something went horribly wrong when it was about to form. The planet explode and killed the gems that who are unlucky to escape. The explosion is so powerful the radiation even reach homeworld. The other diamonds grief for their lost and that is the start of era 2.

Steven: But how did you know y/n has black diamond's gem?

Iron: When I touched it, it sends an aura to me. It was the same aura I feel when i was on homeworld at that time. Meaning, when the planet exploded It's radiation was also combined with black diamond's aura itself.

Steven: But still, the Diamonds are bad except for y/n's! They don't care about the earth! They wanted to hollow it out, and now they wanna blow it up with the Cluster!

Peridot: Yes, yes! That's the point!

Steven:Why do I keep sticking my neck out for the both of you? You're never gonna be on our side! Y/N! Garnet! Amethyst! Pearl!

Peridot: Steven, no! Don't get them.
Steven! Release us!

Steven shuts the barn door, leaving Iron and Peridot behind.

At the Barn*

Steven shows the communicator to the Gems, and they gasp in shock.

Pearl: She took a direct line to the Diamonds! (takes the communicator*) From the moon base? What was she thinking?
