I didn't fall asleep the whole night. Around six in the morning, I got up and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I brushed my teeth and combed my hair. I put my hair in a loose ponytail. My hair was naturally straight but with a little wave.

I left the bathroom and went to the closet in my bedroom. Heather must have put the clothes in the closet while I was showering. There were so many clothes. My whole closet looked like it was an outlet store.

I went downstairs and saw Connor, Heather, and Mr. Lavigne sitting at the dining table. They all looked my way and smiled. I smiled back.

"Jasmin dear, good morning. Come have some breakfast with us." Heather cooed.

I went and sat next to Connor since it was closer to where I was. They all started talking to one another and I put some eggs on my plate. This was my first time eating a real breakfast in eight years. I was very grateful for the Lavigne's.

I quickly ate my breakfast and put my dishes into the kitchen. I washed all the dishes that were in the sink and made my way to the front of the house. Mr. Lavigne had gotten my backpack from my house and kept it by the front door.

"You ready?" Connor asked me as he got his backpack and opened the door.

"Yes," I replied, quietly.

I followed him out to where his car was. He had a light blue car. I believe the car was an Aston Martin DB5 Convertible. I opened the door and sat down. Though the car was an older style, it still felt like complete luxury.
