This story centers around Jeff, isa siyang Grade 10 student who's aspiring to be one of the popular kids. One day, he just suddenly became friends with the Saturday Squad, ang pinaka sikat na tropa sa kanilang School.

Hi! So gusto ko lang iexplain kung bakit ko ba ginawa itong story na ito :)
Isa sa klase ng mga movies na favorite kong panoorin ay ang mga chick flick movies, teen movies and early 2000s movies. And then one day I was watching a video essay/analysis sa youtube about sa mga chick flick/teen movies, and then narealize ko wala ng gumagawa ng mga ganitong klase ng palabas ngayon.
Narealize ko rin na wala na tayong current filipino tv shows or movies, kung saan naka center yung story sa isang group of teenage friends. And we had a lot of those type of shows before! Some great examples are; T. G. I. S., Tabing Ilog, Jologs, Pare Ko etc. Naaalala ko nga yung elementary pa ako, kami ng mga kaklase ko adik na adik sa Tween Hearts, palabas yun sa GMA dati kung naaalala niyo pa. Iyon yung mga kapanahunan ni Barbie Forteza at Joshua Dionisio WAHAHAHA.
Those youth-oriented shows really define their own respective generations.
So iyon na nga, those things inspired me to write a script! Isang teen movie all about a group of friends in this time of generation, the Gen Z!
Fun fact I started writing this story as a film script!
I novelized the script that I wrote once na naisip ko na ipapublish ko siya sa wattpad, and then I continued writing the story in novelization as I haven't yet finished writing the script.
I draw inspiration from the movies and shows that I watch such as; Heathers, Clueless, Mean Girls, Skins, Euphoria, Joker etc.
I'm the type of person na hindi nagpapahuli sa culture, like I'm a very cultured person. So one of the reason why I also wrote this story is because I also want to pay homage to my generation (Gen Z).
I know there are some 'I was born in the wrong generation' type of people, but that was never me, I love our generation! It's problematic, dramatic, chaotic, extra and fun all at the same time!
I want to pay homage to our generation, but I also want to poke fun at it at the same time. Kasi aminin na natin, this generation is a little bit funny sometimes. So you might find this story very campy and satire, which it really is.
So yeah! Enjoy reading my story, and I hope it will be a movie someday :)
