No, it definitely wasn't a good idea, and Elizabeth knew so.
But she thought that if she just keeps it quiet, there wasn't a chance of getting into it with the girl back home that seemed to control her life.
"Thank you for meeting me tonight."
"Of course, Liz. What's this all about?"
"Zoe, I can't take it anymore, and well; I need your advice."
Zoe pushes up her glasses to her face; glancing around the cafe downtown as Elizabeth sits in the chair across from her. "Brought e out to dinner for advice?"
Elizabeth smiles; gently shrugging, "I don't ask without giving."
"Fair enough. What's going on?"
"I told Billie that I wanted to go back to school."
Her eyebrows raise. "Yeah? She took it well I'm assuming?"
Elizabeth laughs gently. "Not everyone is as understanding as you Zoe."
"Not everyone's got a temper like Billie." She nods.
"Right," She agrees. "I just don't know what to do."
