"hey" i smiled into his chest
"hey baby" he said looking down at me
"you ready for this?" he asked
i nodded
he kissed my forehead before leaning his chin on the top of my head whilst we waiting in the line

when we got to the front i filled my name out and collected my gown and cap, i waited for ross outside the hall
"hey babe" i smiled when he walked out
"hey" he said putting his arm around my shoulder
"what'd you say we go out tonight?" he asked as we got to our cars
"ross shor lynch, are you asking me out on our first official date?" i said smirking
"well yes i am" he smiled
"yes, we should" i smiled
he grabbed my cheek and pulled me into a long passionate kiss before pulling away
"i'll see you at seven?" he furrowed his eyebrows
"you will" i nodded
"i'll pick you up" he smiled one last time before kissing my head and walking to his car
i blushed as i got into my truck, i called megan on the way home seeing as i haven't seen her since my birthday, she was coming round later to help me get ready

"i'm home!" i shouted as i got through the front door
"what took you so long? you left at 2 and it's like 5pm already?" max said in a mood
"really?" i shouted in shock
"yes! where did you go?" he asked crossing his arms
"well, the queue was pretty long, and the traffic was bad aswell, and i got starbucks-
he cut me off "ok ok i get it, what are you doing tonight?"
"oh shit, i have a date...with ross" i blushed at the thought of it
"ooo, i'll help!" maddie said coming down the stairs
"sure, megan's coming" i shurgged
max nodded before letting me walk up the stairs
~
i had a shower and dried my hair, i was sat on the floor in my bedroom in front of the mirror whilst maddie was curling my hair
the doorbell rang and a few seconds later i heard someone storming up the stairs
"HEY" megan shouted as he pushed my door open
"fuck, you scared me" maddie laughed
"language!" i scolded her
she rolled her eyes laughing as megan shut the door and threw the bags she had on my bed
she dug through them and pulled out a red dress that looked amazing.
"woah" i said stunned
"this is for tonight" she said in a 'duh' kinda voice
"really?" i asked
"for sure" she nodded before laying it out nearly on my bed
"and i was thinking, leave your hair down curled like that, and just natural makeup" she shrugged
i nodded "i'll just do eyebrows and eyelashes"
