we were sat around the fire just talking about random stuff, college, tour, a lot of that stuff
"i'm so excited for tourrr" rydel says extending the 'r'
"it's gonna be so much fun" ellington says as he grabs rydels hands, intertwining their fingers
she flashes his a worried look but he just shakes his head
"are you guys togther then?" riker laughs a little
"i guess so" elliot says smiling at rydel as she returns it
"cute" maddie claps
"oh you can't talk" ross laughs
"shut up" she rolls her eyes
"wait so are you are ryland-
"i don't know" ryland laughs
"be patient man" rocky says patting ross on the back
i laughed to myself
"don't laugh" ross said with his face in shock
i roll my eyes as everyone continues talking around the fire

a few hours go by and i feel my eyes getting heavier, i'm leant on ross' shoulder with my legs up on the chair and a blanket over my legs
"kenzie? your falling asleep" riker laughs slightly
"always you" i smiled weakly
"i guess so" he laughed again
i felt my eyes closing when ross lift his arm up, my head fell to his chest before he moved back and lifted my head onto his lap
"you know, it's only 10pm" ross laughed as he stroked my hair
"hey, let me be tired" i mumbled as i shut my eyes
"goodnight gorgeous" ross whispered as he learns down towards me
"goodnight ross" i whispered as i opened my eyes,
ross leant down a little more before pressing his lips against mine softly
he pulled away too soon and gave me a smile as i drifted of to sleep

*ross' pov*
i watched kenzie fall asleep in my lap, i had the best idea for tomorrow, i just needed help planning it
"guys" i whispered trying not to wake kenzie up
they all shoot their heads over to see kenzie asleep in my lap
"aw" rydel and maddie both say in unison
i roll my eyes. "we need to set up for tomorrow, i knows it's like 10pm but we need to go to the store, for her birthday stuff"
"i'll come" rydel says as she sits up from ratliffs shoulder
"okay, anyone else?" i shurg
"maddie?" rydel turns her head to face maddie who's leant on ryland
"i'm tireddd" she groaned
"fine" i shrug
i lift kenzies head slowly of my lap and onto the chair, i scoot over before standing up, i lean forward and put one arm under her neck and one under her legs as i pick her up
"shh" i whispered to her
she nuzzled into my chest as i walked inside and into the bedroom
