I felt my body start to relax, my heartrate coming back down to more of a normal beat as I let out a breath that I didn't know I had been holding in since I let out the forced two words I had started to say to her in an effort to convince her that he was different than what he seemed. I looked over at her with a goofy teenage smile on my face, in that moment wondering what he had done for her to have such a strong opinion of him after only meeting him for a few hours at the bar last night.

"Really Teeny? You mean it?" I beamed, more than ecstatic with her approval of him. Despite how much I liked him, and the fact that I was going to stay with him no matter what, hearing her have such a strong approval of him made me feel like I had just won a million dollars.

She rolled her eyes as she focused her attention back on the road, putting on the turn signal as she followed the directions from the GPS to get back to my house. She didn't say anything after her initial comment, the silence hanging in the air not awkward but leaving me demanding for more because well, inquiring minds needed to know.

"Teeny, you can't just drop the bomb that you love him for me and then not elaborate on it" I laughed, sitting up in my seat pulling at the seatbelt just a little so I could position myself to be sitting in a better way to look at her, thinking that if I gave her what I thought to be my intimidating stare she would answer me in a heartbeat.

She smirked at me, still no more words leaving her mouth as she kept driving, the anticipation of hearing what had brought her to this decision killing me as I let out a small scream of annoyance before turning back in my seat and staring out the windshield. I slanted my eyes over towards hers, thinking that she would cave by now only to see her holding the same smirk she had just moments ago.

"Teeeennnnnyyyy" I whined like a toddler who was trying to get their Mother's attention so they could ask for a lollipop for the third time after she had already told them no the two times prior.

"What?!" she said with a laugh, her right hand leaving the steering wheel as she held it out to the side. I crossed my arms and looked at her laughing myself.

"Don't what me, you know what I am asking and you are holding out on me. I'd much rather have this conversation without Liam being around then with him in the house" I laughed. It was no secret to Liam that there was something going on between me and Austin, hell he knew that I loved him even before I was ready to admit it to him. But, I still felt like this was a conversation that needed to be discussed between just the two of us.

"Okay fine, is there a Starbucks around here anywhere?" she asked with a laugh. I grinned with the satisfaction of winning the conversation and finally hearing what had made Teeny have such a strong opinion as I gave her the quick directions to get to the Starbucks that was just a few feet down the road. "By the way, this car is the shit" she said, gripping onto the steering wheel as she settled herself further back into the soft yellow and black leather of the seats.

"Speaking of cars, can I ask what the roof comment was all about this morning?" I asked with a laugh, looking up to see the black lining decorated with what resembled stars before I brought my gaze back down to her, small laughs escaping her lips as she turned into the Starbucks parking lot.

"Well, you being the drunk idiot that you are" she said turning off the engine as she unbuckled her seatbelt and grabbed for her wallet that she had sitting in the drivers side door holder, "when he carried you to the car and sat you inside you looked up at the roof and told him that there was a problem with his car because it didn't have a ceiling" she said starting to laugh hysterically.

"What? Why the fuck would I say that?" I laughed, putting my head into my hands as I shook it back and forth before looking at her again, her eyebrows raised as she pointed her finger to the ceiling.
