The Skating Rink

I was fast asleep when I felt someone touch my nose. I opened my eyes and Sunghoon was poking my nose

"What time is it?"
I said sleepily

"It's 7am."
He said

Ive slept for 4 hours

I sat up. Sunghoon was just looking at me.

"Did you know I was coming?"
I asked

"No. But, I wasn't going to be surprised if you came either way. I know you."
He said

I looked down since I couldn't look him in the eyes.

"I'm sorry"
I said

"Shhh. You're here now and that's enough . Forget about it."
He said

He pulled me back to lay down with him. I still feel bad though.

"Tell me about your Training and America. We haven't talked in months"
He said

"Well. The weather is really hot and moist over there. And training is really hard my legs are so sore right now-"
I said but was interrupted by a nurse walking in.

She came in awkwardly and I sat up quickly

"Oh- should I come back another time?"
She said

"No no thats fine"
Sunghoon said.

The nurse walked up to Sunghoon and checked his fever again and put some pills next to his bed.

"You're temperature has gone down but not enough. Take these pills and I'll be back in 2 hours"
She said and walked out

Sunghoon and I laughed. That was awkward.

I hugged Sunghoon tightly. Ive missed him.

"So Training is hard right. Coach was preparing you for this."
He said

I nodded my head

"When you get better, we should visit him. I wonder what he's doing now that we left"
I asked

"I heard he retired. He's now letting people use the rink for fun and it's open to the public.But, i agree we should visit him."
He told me

"Aww, we were his last students"

"How long will you stay here? Don't you have training?"

"I have the week off , I'll probably go back at the end of the week."

"Do your parents know you're here?"
He asked

"Uhm..."
I said awkwardly

Sunghoon giggled

"You should go see your Parents. They've missed you"
He said, facing me.

"I'll stay with you for a while then I'll visit them."
I laughed

He pat my head

"So.. was it my fault that you're feeling like this?"
I asked

He smiled

"Don't worry about that, it was actually just food poisoning at first then I got a bad fever. But , I am slowly feeling better"
He said

I Felt relieved

"That's good that you're feeling better."
