Back to the ice

As the week passed by.
It's time to return back to practice.

I enjoyed the long break but I've missed the ice. Oh, Sunghoon and his parents are now on speaking terms but they still aren't 100% happy with each other

Also... The girls are no longer with us. They moved to Seoul and are being coached by someone else!

I was skating. My coach was just making sure we were all warmed up.

"So there's going to be a news reporter coming here soon to write an article and record the process"
Coach said.

I got excited.

"Ah THATS SO COOL!"
I squealed

"Right! Now  get to work or at least pretending your doing something so you guys can look productive"
Coach joked

"Yes SIR!"
I said

I resumed my little skating exercises
Winter Finals are still months from now. So I still don't know what we'll be doing in the meantime.

Coach still hasn't said anything.

I step out the ice and look for sunghoon. I swear I just saw him a couple minutes ago.

I knocked on the boys bathroom door to see if he was in the bathroom.
I didn't hear anything.

I looked  through the rooms and closets and I couldn't find him. I then hear someone run out the coach's office.  It was Sunghoon! I forgot to check the coaches office...

He looked really happy and he ran out

"EUNBIN!!"
He called out

I ran to him

"SUNGHOON! Ive been looking for you!!"
I said

He jumped happily.

"What's going on?"
I smiled

"Soooo...."
He said jumping up and down excitedly

"We were invited to perform at a ice concert!"
He said

"NO WAY! THATS CRAZY!"
I squealed with him.

"But there's a catch.."
he said with a mischievous smile

I got  curious

"We're performing together"
He smiled

"WHAT! OH MY GOD. THAT WILL BE SO FUN IVE ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY SKATING IN PAIRS"
I shouted

We ran to the rink and immediately got on the ice.

"Woah Woah Woah."
Coach shouted

"You guys don't have experience in this yet. And I can't teach this since I've never taught this... so I hired a coach"
Coach told us.

I guess we got a little too excited.

"Well... Let us try to figure some of the basics by ourselves until the coach comes"
Sunghoon told coach

"Alright alright, just don't forget about the reporters that are coming "
Coach reminded us as he went back to his office

Sunghoon grabbed my waist suddenly

"What are you doing..."
I said quickly

"I'm going to attempt to pick you up dummie"
He said

He grabbed me tightly and tried picking me up.
He struggled a little.

"Hey! Am I that heavy? Or are you just weak?!"
I said
"A little bit of both"
He said

He tried picking me up again, he was able to lift me from the ice, but he couldn't lift me above his head. Sunghoon started to loose his balance.

"CAREFUL!"
I shouted

But Sunghoon completely lost his balance and fell back. I fell on top of him.

"Hello? Is anyone here?"
We heard a woman say

"THE REPORTER!"
I Whispered to Sunghoon very loudly

They can't see us since we are currently on the floor

"QUICK GET UP!"
He said.

He get up quicker than the speed of light

The reported looked shocked

"OH, Uh We're  here... I was just on top of Sunghoon"
I said...

Dang it that sounded weird

"Yep, we were practicing and we fell on top of each other"
Sunghoon quickly covered it up.

We both laughed awkwardly

"Oh... well. I'm a Reporter and I'm here to observe and record what you guys do"
She says

"Oh ok! Make yourself comfortable!"
I said.

The coach comes in and talked to the reporter

Sunghoon and I kept doing what we needed to do

Sunghoon got out the rink and suddenly started doing push-ups

I just did triple axels to make it look like I was doing something productive

Sunghoon then returned to the ice and called me

"Let me try to carry you again "
He said

I skated over to him. He immediately picked me up and lifted me over his head.

"Hey hey hey be careful "
I said

"Trust me"
He said

He held me up in the air. IT FELT PERFECT The reporter took many pictures. My coach stood up

"Are you guys geniuses or something?"
Coach smiled

"You aren't even trained to do such things!and you guys did it perfectly..."
Coach kept smiling

Sunghoon put me down and I gave him a hug

"THAT WAS AWESOME"
I shouted

It felt great! I was flying

The reported came up to us

"That looked really cool! Did I hear that you guys have never skated Together?"
She said

"That is correct! We are only skating together for a special event. It's our first time"
Sunghoon told her

"That is amazing! You guys have great chemistry. As expected of a young couple. Keep it up"
She said as she wrote down things in her journal
