Siofra moaned in delight as the flavours exploded in her mouth. She was completely enjoying the treat in front of her.

Asvaldur was not far from her he too enjoyed the feast in front of him.
It was the day, the day before the week ends. And Alessandro was quite successful in getting a date in the court within a weeks time.

So today like other times was the day when they celebrate each others presence with mouthwatering food.

They didn't knew what will happen tomorrow. The future was uncertain but what was certain was they wont leave each others side ever. It was a unsaid promise. And to seal the promise they brought themselves a delightful feast.

As the aroma of barbecued chicken surrounded them. They were surrounded with a comfortable silence too. With occasional staring into each others eyes to deep passionate kisses they both knew this night couldn't be better.

"I kinda feel grateful to fath- I mean Mr. Knight." Asvaldur spoke up, that caused Siofra to knit her eyebrows which Asvaldur some how found cute.

"Pardon?"

"I said I am grateful to Mr. Knight, Emma and whatever happened." He said confidently while Siofra stared at h wide eyed.

"If not them I would have never met you." He completed, causing a red tint to spread across Siofra's cheeks.

"I sometimes wonder if we would have ever met if things were different. I mean if I had a normal happy life, with mom and dad. Everything would have been same or we would have never ran into each other?" He said with alcohol clearly spreading into his system.

"Destiny." Siofra uttered.

"What?"

"I--I feel if two people are meant to be with each other destiny will do anything to make them come close to together. If not like this way or other. Imagine you being the hot and sexy CEO and me your assistant, however that's quite unlikely since I am just a high school graduate Ohh or imagine you coming to my flower shop to get flowers but that's quite unlikely too since you are quite busy. Uhhh I am losing my brain cells in this I can't think of anything else."

Yes she was clearly drunk and Asvaldur couldn't help but look at her with amusement and adoration.

She practically has the capacity to make him a love stuck puppy, who wouldn't hesitate to do anything for her. All she needs to do is name it and look with her adorable doe eyes.

"You know whats common between us?" She slurred.

"We never experienced love. We don't even knew how it feels but here we are making our own definition of love, supporting each other, mending each others broken wings, helping each other to flyyyyyy." She continued.

Asvaldur couldn't help but agree. She was right all this way eventhough he was surrounded with what people call family but never experienced love and in her case she was never surrounded with her own people but only the ones who used to use and throw her after what she went through she still manage to brighten everyone's life with her cute smile, she reminded him of a coffee that continues to spread its aroma even when it's boiled while he was someone who had turned hard due to the harsh world.

"Alrighty my little philosopher I think we should go and get some sleep tomorrow is a big day for us." He said.

She mumbled some incoherent words as he picked her up in bridal style.

"Bunnnyyyy you smellll soo gooodd. I could just eat you." Yet again he looked at her to see if it was the same girl who was just now giving philosophy.
