Like a sick person does, Aspen fell asleep again. She just felt safe in Ranboos arms. These last couple years have been so hectic for Aspen, that she would take even the smallest moments of relief she would take. So the past week, was the most normal it had been in a while, and she enjoyed it. She felt like a normal teenager for once. Ranboo on the other hand, this week was hustling and bustling. He was constantly doing something, but he wasn't complaining. When he was with aspen, he felt happy. He had finally felt like he had found his best friend. Even more than friends posibly. No what was he thinking, there was no way Aspen felt the same way— unless? No he couldn't think this alone

Ranboo put his phone away. He did what he could on his phone, and was now obligated not to move a muscle. Especially now because she was sick. He would wait for her to wake up then make her soup. She needed to eat. But until then, he fell asleep as well
About half an hour later they both woke up, Ranboo first then he woke up Aspen as she needed to eat
"Hey Aspen, cmon you need to get up to eat something."
"Mmm" she groaned
(There i changed it you sick fucks)
"I know, I'll carry you if you really want but you need to come eat something. I got soup at the store and I also got chocolate, so if you eat your soup you can get chocolate"
"Fine, but can you carry me?"
"Of course" Ranboo picked up aspen bridal style, all wrapped in blankets. He carefully walked down the stairs and placed her on the couch. "I'm gonna heat the soup up then come sit with you okay?"
"Thank you" she replied as he kissed her head.
The soup heated up quickly and Ranboo brought some over. "Sit up" he told her which he did. Aspen was not in the mood to eat, so Ranboo had to feed it to her. She ate most of the soup, and as promised Ranboo gave her some chocolate.
A couple hours later, after some movies and cuddling, Aspens mom came home with the twins. Aspen had texted her earlier telling her.
"Hi Mom"
"Hey Aspen, are you able to take care of the twins?"
"Most Likely. I have medicine in me, and I feel better in general."
"Alright, I'll be in my room" Aspen knew something was up about this behavior. She didn't really care quite yet.
"Alright Aspen, I'm gonna go okay? I have to stream, i expect you'll be in chat?"
"Most likely." Ranboo helped her off the couch, and over to the door. The two hugged eachother. "Thanks again for helping today. After these past couple days, I owe you big time"
"You being friends with me is enough."
"Ooh shut up" she said blushing a bit "I'll talk to you later dork"
"are you blushing?" He teased, which made her blush more "whatever see ya nerd. Love ya bye"
"Love you bye"
Mark left and Aspen went up to her room to avoid further interrogation from her mom. She figured she'd be able to go back to school tomorrow, she felt well enough. But before she would go to bed, she made sure to watch Marks stream. He had texted her earlier telling her to be ready to cry. She knew it would be an angsty stream.
She got the notification and watched the stream. Like he said she would, she cried. His acting was good, she thought. She highly doubted he had never taken an acting class so she noted it down to ask him about it tomorrow.
After an hour and a half of crying, Ranboo transitioned to a chill stream and got a FaceTime call from Aspen, he knew it would be about the stream so he answered it for conetent
"you bitch" she opened
"What?" He laughed
"You know..."
"Wait- are you crying?" He asked her, laughing even more
"YES, that was an emotional roller coaster and I hate you"
"Then I did my job"
"Shut your pie hole"
"Ooh Aspens getting feisty"
"Shut up, I'm sick, you know this, I have no energy and crying didn't help" she said, trying not to laugh
"Ranboo-1, Aspen-0"
"I'm hanging up, your being mean"
"Don't hang up or I'm taking away your VIP privileges and your special discord role"
"No I'm sick, I should be aloud to sleep"
"We all know your not gonna sleep"
"Your right, where's Tubbo when you need him? I need to be woken up"
"Get on discord and he can join"
She hung up FaceTime and moved to discord. She heard the ring of someone joining the call as soon as she joined
"Tubbo my mannn"
"Aspennnn"
"Ooh god— their both loopy, this is gonna be interesting" Ranboo said.
"You betcha" aspen responded
It was chaos just as Ranboo predicted. Aspen fell asleep half way through a sentence, after an hour, and Tubbo left about half an hour later. Ranboo decided to end his stream. He stayed on the call with Aspen, but switched to his phone. He propped his phone up on his bedside table so he could see Aspen. (They all had their cameras on)
He turned off his lights, and just talked to her, even though she was out like a light.
"Aspen, why do you have to make me feel this way. Your so absolutely perfect. And I hate you for it. But I love you. Your just amazing. Goodnight aspen"
He shifted away from the phone. And tried to fall asleep. All his thoughts focused on her. She was definitely going to be the death of him. And he knew that he wanted her to be in his life. They'd only been friends for a week, but for them it felt like a lifetime
