Tedashii glances back at the cylindrical electronic pursuers that wield rollers underneath for mobility. Beaming its red alarm lights. These electronic bots were known as the Security Robots of Academy City.
They were automated cylindrical machines designed to protect security, and enforce rules. It is specifically stated as a mobile criminal surveillance device. Each unit costs 1.2 million yen and can be found all over and only in Academy City. It was surely impossible to stern up troubles without one to three of these things hustling you down like a dog.
"That means you got it! Right?!" Tedashii asked, making quick scans on an annoyed Kuroyoru.
"The drone! Of course! It was too easy!" Kuroyoru bragged.
Tedashii peeked at the drone that was inside Kuroyoru's red backpack.
Tedashii smirked, wiping out his outdated flip flop phone. "I mean if that is all! Then things went a lot more smoothly than it seems. Well done!"
"Just who the hell do you think I am?! Just hope this crap was worth it!"
"Don't feel so displeased Kuroyoru-Chan! Don't act if you're not doing this for the rush!" Tedashii pulled the drone disk out of Kuroyoru's bag. "Ah yes the brand new UVA HERO III! Taken during its try out demo! This tradition of claiming it now always feels... Feel pretty special being the first individual in School City to obtain it."
"Pus! Seemed no different than the last one. Wait?! You're using it now?!" Saids Kuroyoru who clicks her tongue.
"Seemed about that way! It got us into this mess, it's the only equivalent right to utilize it for the equation." Tedashii clicks the disk droid with his phone automatically connecting it instantly.
Despite his phone seemingly appearing to be an outdated phone, it was still manufactured within Academy City, so it still possesses cable functionalities such as instinct bluetooth.
"I heard the UVA HERO III's radius covers a proximity 550 feet, and a perimeter more than 1,500 feet! And it has a loading time of an unrealistic 7.0GHz. I'll be able to invade the whole neighborhood block with this!" Kuroyoru had a little trouble understanding the exaggerated explanation and enthusiastic excitement of Tedashii's bragging. But with his thrill confident smirk it seemed all the trouble was worth it for her.
"And it has a new camera!"
Kuroyoru blushes and thumbs up Tedashii. But her relief was cut by the speeding droids' clashes on the side of the motorbike attempting an PIT maneuver.
"Then hurry up!"
Tedashii held up the droid with a free hand, letting it ascend from the palm of his hand, then held out his phone. "Hey you remember how my phone hacked devices right?"
"Tch! You mean, you're still using the nerve attachment?" Kuroyoru complained.
"That's right! So keep them toys occupied and I'll wrap this up with a solid brain blast!"
"Huh?!" Kuroyoru's flustering reply left Tedashii cross eyed, but the two had no time to jump into another "usual" quarrel. Droid-like dragonflies spear above aiming blue beaming lights at the two.
"Not good! I heard those new deploy drone mechs were known as the fireflight's. Solely designed to disarm motors by discharging negative electronics. So anti-skill really did get that certain electromaster, as a collaborator for the new equipment? Tch! Whatever! Step on it!" Tedashii demands.
