"Damn you Academy City!!" Tedashii howled, swearing on top of the closest highest futuristic building that he could sneak into.

Academy City.

This was a place that was developed from the undeveloped land of western Tokyo. It was one-third the size of Tokyo, and there was a tall wall surrounding it. Eighty percent of its population of 2.3 million consisted of intellectual intelligence students.

This pinnacle city of academia and the ubiquitous all-around study of science and technology, made Tedashii's intellectual blacksmith potential no different than the other 2.3 million.
It didn't even matter if you were the best at the sport, while it's possible some day Tedashii could come up with various machinery that could find cures for incurable diseases, create more vehicles that don't require oil or produce torque through combustion, but generate the force necessary to turn the wheels of the car with the help of electrical currents.
It didn't matter when the variety of individuals were prodigies that have already created and expanded on those already topics. It was a city in the future and everywhere else was modern.

His best bet was to escape out of the city just to be conveniently special.
Although trying to give an idea like that of an abandoned child-error orphan, who lived in a futuristic city that held the best type of security around the world, with a certain big ass wall that spelled out, no one enters or leaves without permission to protect its development secrets... Well a fine sense of justification common sense closes that questionable topic.

"Tch! I'm losing my patients here. Where is she?" Tedashii fidgety made back and forth glances at his cracked watch until he received his answer from a far away cloud of dust vortexes. His transmitter shouted out loud noises. "Yeah I see ya! Hurry up!"

"Easy for you to say!!" The feminine voice behind the transmission buzzed.

Rackets of noise can be heard from the other side but Tedashii held no anxiety.

"Hey I'm not trying to hear any complaints, you're the one that blew off the original plan."

"Blah! I don't need to hear your blabbing, ("I told you so remarks!") Are you ready or what?"

"Tch I dealt with you long enough, I'm always ready for a countermeasure because of you." Tedashii complained bitterly as he began to sprint. He quickly aerobatics off the building like some ridiculous cyber ninja that you see in shounen. Grinding down the rails of stairs pounding off into the air, Tedashii crossed paths with the cloudy vortex that made way towards him.

The hazardous dusting vortex was being produced by what seemed to be a futuristic scrap junk heat hover motorbike.

However the loli-goth who seemed to be driving struggled to make turns, she was skilled enough to assist an easy opening for Tedashii to latch onto from the side, repositioning himself upon the back seat.

"Ha! You don't need to express how cool that was of me!" Kuroyoru Umidori a girl who naturally stood out, not just from the situation she dragged upon Tedashii but from her unique goth style black hair that was accented so that the hair near her ears was bleached blonde. Her japanese school outfit that was exposed and loose spelled out proud bad influence delinquent. With a big red backpack strap to her back.
Blazing and racing trouble down the district of the slums.

"Tch! I would have done better."

"Oh yeah! Prove it by doing your part!" Said loli-goth as she makes swift messy turns that scrapes sparks to the ground.
