Last night we were on the phone and he asked if I liked walk in movies better or drive in movies better and I said drive in.

Drive in is better to me because you can really do what you want and actually have a conversation without getting interrupted.

It was now close to 9:30. Since we we're going to see a drive in movie, we were on our way to get something to eat so we can eat and watch the movie.

He let me pick I chose wings cause I really been craving it all week, but I got Serayah stuck on crab legs so I need a break.

When we pulled up at the wing place, he went in to get our food when I got a call from Avontae.

"Hello." I answered.

"Serayah wanna talk to you." He said as I heard shuffling in the background.

"Hey mommy." I could hear her smiling.

"Hey baby, what you do today?" I asked.

"Daddy took me to carnivore." She said.

"Serayah it's a called a carnival." I heard him in the background.

"I said that daddy." I heard say innocently and I laughed.

"Really, did you have fun?" I asked.

"Yes mommy, what are you doing?" She asked.

"Mommy's having fun too." I said.

"With friend?" She asked.

"Yes baby with a friend." I said and Semaj came back in the car with the food.

"This smell good as hell." He said as he drove out the driveway.

"Sabrea that's a nigga in the background? What friend you with?" I heard Avontae ask in the background.

"Stop questioning me." I said and Semaj looked at me for a quick second.

"Serayah let me see the phone." He said.

"Untun daddy, bye mommy love you." She giggled as she hung up the phone.

This why I love her, looking out for me even though she don't understand.

"You good?" Semaj asked.

"Yea, what movie we seeing?" I asked.

"Superfly." He said.

"Ouu I saw the trailer before it look fye." I said.

We got to the movies before it started so we just started talking.

"What do you do?" I asked.

"I own a night club, but I do some on the side." He said.

"Like what?" I asked.
