^ This one was the first cover I tried to make. It was on my phone (a Samsung J3 Eclipse 2015 at the time. I had it back in 2017. I'd like to say my photoshopping skills have improved since then). I pretty quickly scraped this one. The one at the very top was the second version, the one below it the third, and the one below that the final cover.
^This was one created by @cedarhatake in the very beginning of my writing. It's one of her first ever creations as covers. All she knew was that the story was about a disease that originated from a rat. Considering that was all she knew, this cover is pretty dang spot-on. And as promised, here it is, Cedar :)
This absolutely amazing fanart was created by @Chickylove1 ! Thanks so much, lovely!
Below, you will find the covers of two spinoffs I am considering. Hope you enjoy :)

Fight and Flight
Penelope's life usually consists of these three things: either she's falling from the sky toward her imminent doom (also known as going splat on some poor guy's car), wielding a knife with the intention of using it (also known as scaring the living heck out of the people around her), or threatening children that dare to walk into her building (also known as toughening them up for their own good -- which they don't know, of course). Put short, she can fly, she likes to cook, and she likes to beat up punching bags.
Long story short, Penelope Riotto left the Defender's home base in D.C. for the Big Apple. After the Hazing, the world has lost faith in the Defenders. Too many lives had been lost because of that night. Penelope is one of the Defenders working to restore the trust in their name, but it doesn't seem to be working. Besides that, a new supervillain is seconds away from tearing New York apart, her old nemesis is as annoying as ever, and New York somehow hates her more than five minutes ago.
For a superhero with her 'fight or flight' option always stuck in 'fight' mode -- and a badass fight mode -- she still somehow seems to be losing.

Vertigo
The worst villain known to the world orchestrated the perfect plan to catch a few unsuspecting civilians for his plot. It would have worked, too, had he not accidentally snagged a superhero within the kidnapped bunch.
~
Paloma -- unlike a lot of her Mortem friends -- didn't spend every single night as her alter ego, Vertigo. Only when they needed her help. Or when Logan -- aka Jumper -- wanted to hang out. Besides that, she worked nights and went to school during the day. Her life was pretty toned down, considering that she had powers and a mask with a reputation.
On one eventful evening's trip home, Paloma boards the subway and wakes up somewhere else. It doesn't take long for her to piece together that Menace, the world's worst villain (and the most powerful, to boot) was up to something -- and the reason behind her kidnapping.
Paloma is the only thing that stands between Menace's plans and the Defenders knowing about it. The problem? She's alone in a foreign country, actively being hunted down, and utterly lost.
