A week had passed, things were getting better between the first couple,

One morning Donald woke up at 5 am, he looked at Melania sleeping peacefully beside him...

God I'm such a lucky man to have this goddess in my life... He thought as he wrapped he squeezed her closer to him, he smiled as she mumbled incoherently, She's literally like a little girl when it comes to sleep

After laying with her, he decided to take the day off, work can wait, besides he really needed to relax a little bit, with the stress of the elections, and the big pressure he was facing from the democrats, he kissed his wife's head, then fall asleep again

The president woke up again at 8am, he decided to fix breakfast for his wife, he knew that she really appreciate when he cook

The first lady woke up to the smell of breakfast; something she smells occasionally in their residence... She realized that probably Donald took the day off. She took her robe and put it on, before going out into the living room.

Donald's face lighten up as he spotted his wife
" Good morning sunshine " he said as he walked to her

" Hi , you made breakfast? You didn't have to go to the trouble." She said softly

He wrapped his arms around her waist, and kissed her nose

"It's no big deal Princess, I thought you would be happy to eat my yummy chocolate cake, and I made something special for you too, Come sit down. Its ready baby "

Donald filled Melania's plate with huge pieces of French toast with fresh berries on top with whipped cream and powdered sugar. He even made her favorite chocolate cake

He was beaming with pride from his handy work. " Come on love, Eat up! " He said pushing the plate closer to Melania

" Thank you..." She said smiling genuinely

" For what honey ? " He asked her

" For doing this... Your support is helping me a lot " she said sincerely, kissing him on the lips

Donald wanted nothing more than deepening the kiss, it was the first one time in a month, and he really missed her, but he didn't want to push her right now

" It's my duty to take care of my Princess ! You know that I'll always have your back honey " he said sincerely

" But I kind of feel really bad, I'm such a selfish wife... I mean you are going through enough of stress lately and- "

He stroked her face gently " Love ! Don't say that, I don't know what's gonna happen with the presidency, but If I had to choose between it and you ! I would choose you a thousand times ! "

She smiled " I love you Donald "

" I love you more princess "

He watched as she ate the chocolate cake happily, he couldn't help but smile, Somethings never changed in her... He thought

"So, what are your plans for the day honey ?" He asked her

"I don't really have any. I was just planning on staying in bed like I did the whole month " Melania mumbled
