I was at home sitting in the living room talking to my parents about something totally random. I was planning on telling them about Dally that way Dally can come over.
"So honey how have you been we don't see you so often anymore" my mom asked me as she sat on the couch next to my dad
"Well I've umm I've been great actually" I smiled
"Are you still friends with Johnny and Ponyboy? They don't come over anymore" She asked me
"Yeah kinda, I've actually met someone else." I bit my lip softly and looked down at my hands
"new friend?" My dad asked me as he skipped through the channels
"Well, you see, haha, okay so ummm I have a boyfriend," I bit the inside of my cheek nervously
"Oh you and Johnny are back together?" My mom smiled
"Noooo, umm me and uh this other guy, his name is uh.......Dallas Winston" my voice got really quiet
"Pardon? Who?" My mom asked not hearing me
"Dallas Winston" I looked at them and their eyes widened "he's a great guy, you have to warm up to him, and he makes me happy. I never loved Johnny in that way and well with Dally I don't know he just makes me really happy" i smiled and looked down
"We've heard a lot of Dallas through out the years, you always said you hated him and not to mention the several times we've seen him in the paper" my dad said annoyed
"We just got to know each other a little more and well I've been dating him for a bout 8 months and 2 weeks now, I really like him, he so amazing and he cares a lot about me, he never wants me to leave his place it's a miracle on how i left today but please be nice he's coming today. Nothing is going to happen. "
"He's coming here?" My mom asked me
"Yes he's amazing you'll love him, give him a chance he's not good with parents cause his parents aren't really great to him so just be nice." I said to them and they sighed
"Fine" I smiled and hugged them, I heard the s knock on the door.
"Okay that's him be nice" I walked to the front door and opened it
"Hey" I smiled
"Hey babe" he kissed me and I smiled some more a bit nervous
"My parents are here so you have to say hi" I said as he walked in
"What?" He looked at me
"You have to say hi to my mom and dad be nice" I put my hand in his and we walked to the living room.
"Mom, Dad, this is Dallas my boyfriend. Dally these are my parents" I bit my lip nervously
"Hi Mr and Mrs Davidson" he grinned awkwardly
"Hello Dallas haven't seen you in a while" my mom grinned nicely
