Their Little Sister

Chapter 1- My bubbas?

Background Info: As mentioned in the character list, Brooklyn and Parker have died, they were actually brother and sister, making Liliana Parker's wife and Brooke's best friend, while Jakob was Brooklyn's husband and Parker's best friend. After the death of their spouses after different incidents & illnesses (will be mentioned later on), Liliana and Jakob raised their kids together until about 4 years ago leaving the oldest boys in charge of their younger brothers who were just barely teenagers. Since then Lily and Jake have gone downhill and have almost zero contact with their kids since they both turned to drugs and alcohol. The boys have no idea that Lily and Jake ended up having their younger sister, so when she's dropped off to them they're speechless.

        The Lombardi and Thomas boys have been living with each other for the past 4 years since Liliana and Jakob left them on their own. They're financially stable with all of the boys holding jobs except for the youngest two, Cole and Carter. They also have some support from their Lombardi grandparents (Brooke and Parker's parents) who happened to own a company, so they send their grandsons money monthly just to make sure they're alright, they also visit every 2-3 months. Besides that, neither of the Lombardi or Thomas boys have seen Liliana or Jakob since they walked out, they've seen them a few years ago driving by, and that's when they found out they were on drugs. There have been a few phone calls, but Ashton and Aiden came to the conclusion that their "parents" were to never show up or contact them again since they chose drugs and alcohol over their kids. They haven't seen them in years, that is until Liliana showed up on their doorstep.

Current time (3rd POV)

*Knock Knock* Cole paused his video game and got up from the living room couch to answer the door only to see, Lily standing there. At first, he had no idea what to do, all the boys knew they were to never show up, so what was Lily standing right in front of him?

"Ummm...hi. Cole, right? You've grown up so much, Look I need to see Ashton or Aiden right now" -Lily

"Lily? ...umm look I don't think you should be he-" -Cole tries to say before getting cut off by Lily

"Cole, listen I know that...please just get Ash...I just need...JUST GET HIM NOW" -Lily rushes out as she was trying to be patient, but she can't stand there much longer before she decides she can't leave her little girl anymore. She knows she has to give them Kinsley, but each second makes it harder as she thinks more about giving her daughter away to her brothers. Lily reminds herself she's doing this for Kinsley so she can have a much better life than the one she's living.

"Okay, okay" -Cole says before he turns to run upstairs to knock on the office door where he knew he could find Ash. He takes a deep breath before he disturbs Ash from his work.

*Knock knock* "Ash?"

"Come in Cole"

"Ash, Lily's outside"

"Wha...what? I told her to not come here" Aston says with a hint of surprise that turns into frustration

"I...I know Ash, she looks pretty strung up on something too" Cole says as he remembers the state Lily was in with bloodshot eyes and a messy appearance.

"Dear God, okay thank you, Cole"

"Of course Ash, she said she only wanted to talk to you or Aiden"

"Umm okay, Can you get Aiden for me? tell him to meet me at the door"

"Okay"

Ashton briskly walks to the front door to see his pathetic excuse of a "mother" wants, he wishes she was still the mom she used to be before his dad died, but that was only something he could dream of. For now, he would have to deal with why she decided to show up now.
