Chapter 12

'thank you' Kajol said sweetly taking the plastic ice cream cup from Shahrukh's hand, they leaned their back to the car and enjoyed the sunset when they were in front of the sea shore

'I want to buy a yacht in the future, take you with me and sail forever and never come back' Shahrukh said looking at the sea with dreamy eyes

'that sounds lovely' Kajol said happily then continued eating her mango ice cream then she suddenly sulked 'I don't want this week to end'

'me too' he said and grumbled

'I know that we won't stop going out but it will be harder to go out when mom and dad are back' she said in displeased way

'don't worry, we will try our best. I can't get enough of spending time with you' he said and she blushed then she heard her phone chiming

'oh gosh, who is spoiling the mood?' Shahrukh said in boredom

'let me see' Kajol said, placed the cup over the car's roof and opened her bag to get the phone 'it is mom'

'I should have expected that' he rolled his eyes and crossed his arms before his chest

'hey mom' Kajol said coldly

'hey darling, you wouldn't call me if I didn't? Didn't you miss me?' Poja asked

'how are you both?' Kajol replied calmly

'we are fine, dying to come back quickly. We missed you all'

'how is dad?'

'he is fine but he is asleep'

'is he okay?'

'yeah, don't worry' Poja said then kept quiet for a few seconds listening 'aren't you home yet?'

'yes, I am out. Actually I am with Shahrukh in front of the sea and eating Ice cream, okay?'

'okay sweetheart. Why do you sound so angry? It sweet anyway... Enjoy your time' Poja said sweetly

Kajol raised an eyebrow in wonder and Shahrukh looked at her trying to figure what Poja said to her 'what is she saying?' he mouthed

Kajol shook her head 'can we talk later?'

'Sure! Bye' Poja said and hung up

'enjoy your time! Really?' Kajol said angrily looking at her phone 'she does everything she can to separate us and she now wants me to enjoy my time! Isn't that crazy?' she asked angrily looking at Shahrukh, she grabbed the ice cream cup and threw it in a bin then opened the car's door 'just take me home' she shouted

Shahrukh rode the car and held her hand 'okay just calm down' then he started the engine

'what is she trying to do for God's sake?' Kajol asked furiously throwing her hands in the air

'she is furious but she is acting cool to make you furious because you told her that we are out together' he said then continued 'you are showing her that whatever she does it won't affect us and we will remain together'

Kajol passed her hands through her hair and gave a sigh 'that's too much for me'

'you need to be stronger Kajol, every tiny thing now is making you go angry, that's not okay'

Kajol just kept silent looking at the street in front of her and then she closed her eyes until they reached home

'so, what are you planning for us tonight?' Shahrukh asked sweetly when he parked the car at home
