The night before Las Vegas:

"I get it. No wonder why girls put this on" Spencer smiled closing his eyes as he laid on the sofa. Liv softly laughed underneath her breath applying the cucumber mint gel on his face. "I told you it wasn't so bad" she smiled when Spencer softly opened his eyes to watch her. "What I'm saying is why don't we have this every weekend?" he asked when she shrugged."Guess I never had anyone to do it with," she said. "Count me in, liv". "Spence, thank you really, but it's okay I'm used to being alone" her smile softly faded.

Spencer hated when those words would come out of her mouth. She used them so frequently, he knew she hated being alone. The problem was no one ever asked her how she was doing. It was always the opposite. Spencer's smile faded when he caught her gaze. "How about Sunday's?" he asked when she stopped for a moment before giving him a look. "Spence you take care of so many people already. Really, I'm fine, I promise" letting her thumb graze his cheek. "But who takes care of you?" Olivia shot him a tired look.

She stayed quiet for a moment, before realizing not a whole lot of people ask her about her day or if she was okay. Not like the way spencer does. He took the time out of his day to never leave her behind, and always reach out if she needed anything "I'm always one phone call away" he would always repeat to her. But her family, sort of put Olivia on the back burner. Especially, with their busy schedules, it's hard to even eat dinner as a family once a week, never less check up on her, and see if she needed anything.

"My sponsor. Kind of had to lean on her for the last couple of years. Especially on the days, it gets rough, you know" she sighed when Spencer sat up. "Okay, you're finished. Now about that chic flic, I found the perfect one to watch" quickly changing the subject she turned on the movie, moving to the kitchen to avoid any more questions.

Spencer knew she was getting overwhelmed and as he watched her search the pantry. He sighed annoyed her family was never there for her. Walking over to the kitchen, he slowly inched towards her.

"Liv, you know I'm always here for you. I want you to know that. Your not alone. You might've been in the past. But as soon as we met, you were never alone" he said when she turned to shake her head slowly. His calming voice sent chills down her spine. "How do you feel about tomorrow?" he asked when she smiled walking over to him. "First of all I can't take you seriously with a face mask on, and second, I have you don't I?" She asked placing both her hands around his neck.

She smiled warmly, watching spencers gaze, lowering her eyes to his lips. Taking her hands quickly away from him, she shook the thoughts that would race through her mind. They stood only a few inches apart when Olivia turned her head away from him, Spencer caught her chin guiding her eyes back to his. The brown in her eyes turned into a beautiful chestnut. Sparkling like a rare chocolate sapphire diamond. Lost in them, mesmerized by them, he sunk deeper into the depths of her eyes.

Like magnets, their bodies slowly inched forward. Closing their eyes, he guided her chin closer towards him until their noses softly touched. Closing their eyes, their lips grazed when the sound of the doorbell, made the both of them jump. Quickly rushing to the door, she exhaled as a sigh of relief. Spencer placed his hands on the island, exhaling deeply, grinning, he laughed under his breath at how fast she left his arms. Olivia returned in just a few short minutes with a bag full of take-out containers setting them on the coffee table. She nervously smiled sticking her hands in her sweat-short pockets.

"We should go rinse off. Not together of course. Theirs more than one bathroom. But of course, you would know that" she stumbled over her words as Spencer couldn't help but grin. "Yeah, should we share?" he asked clearly making her fluster. "Funny" she mocked him, pushing him back as they made their way up the stairs.

Taking off his shirt, liv watched him through the mirror of the guest bathroom. "Make sure to scrub hard" letting her eyes linger for longer than she should have. Her heart raced splashing water on her face trying to think of anything but Spencer shirtless. "Okay," he said as he watched her through the mirror. Catching her gaze, her cheeks turned rosy pink. "Your right this is hard to come off," he said trying to get the last bit of the face mask off.

Handing Spencer a towel Olivia leaned on the doorframe, as she found herself watching him. A sight she'd never mind to see. Crossing her arms her eyes fell downward watching his torso, she followed the trail of body hair, leading to a boundary she was even nervous to think about. Biting her lip, she hadn't noticed Spencer now watching her. Letting out a laugh. Olivia looked up to Spencer giving her a small shake, he grabbed his shirt, putting it back on.

"So about this movie. Is it any good?" he asked. "Yeah, yes. One of my favorites. Kind of a classic" she spoke still embarrassed from being caught, she couldn't look him in the eye."Alright, sounds good to me. How about we go finish our...what do you call it again?" Spencer asked placing his hand a few inches above her head. "A spa date" liv's voice fell to a whisper."I'm kind of hungry, want to join me?" he asked when he passed her by, turning back to look at her, he held out his hand.

She shook her head, giving him a smile as she knew he was tempting her. "I see what you did there" she smiled interlacing her hand in his. "What? Two can play that game" he turned to her, giving her a subtle wink. She softly laughed shaking her head.

After dinner, Olivia and Spencer laid on the couch leaving space in between them. Olivia kept replaying the last hour in her head. Trying to erase it from her thoughts, she found herself gazing in Spencer's direction. When he would look towards her she would quickly turn away. "Hey, Spence. I'm sorry about earlier" her guilty conscience ate at her. "We got caught in the moment and..." cutting her off, searching through the darkness, he interlaced his hands in hers. "The part in the kitchen or the part where you were looking at me shirtless?" he joked when her cheeks flushed burying her face in the pillow. "Spencer!" she muttered.

He couldn't help but grin scooting next to her rubbing her back. "Liv, it's okay. Really, we good. I promise" he grinned pulling her back towards him. He squeezed her tightly. She cuddled against Spencer's shoulder sighing deeply. Wrapping her arms around his. She leaned on his shoulder. Grabbing the remote he resumed the movie.

"I'm guessing you like it?" she asked looking up at him. "I just have to know what happens to the dog" he looked concerned as she laughed. "Wait you never watched Marley and Me?" She asked when he shook his head. "You know how bad Dillon would make fun of me? I would never hear the end of it". "Yeah, Dillon would be the one snap a picture of you crying" she smiled. "Just brace yourself for the ending" she continued when he paused the movie glancing back at her. "Thanks for the heads up" he muttered. She let out a laugh "Don't say I didn't warn you".

Nudging her, he inched closer to her, closing the space in between them. Catching her in surprise, Spencer interlaced his hands in hers as they watched the movie in silence. Giving her a small squeeze she couldn't wipe the smile from her face. Her heart felt full and at peace. She watched him as he focused on the movie. His intense expressions, and the way he turned back to give her a smile, was all that she could focus on. She hadn't noticed that she had been grinning at him the entire time, so hard her cheeks hurt.

Leaning her head on his shoulder, they spent the rest of the night with their hands interlocked. Shedding a tear, Spencer quickly wiped it away turning off the tv. Not wanting to wake Olivia up, he covered the both of them with a blanket and closed his eyes. He moved his body closer as Liv adjusted herself wrapping her leg around his. Letting his other hand wrap around her side, leaving his other hand interlocked in hers. He laid his head on hers and fell into a deep sleep he'd never felt before. A feeling of peace, as if he'd finally found what he'd been missing.
