As Athena's sobs soon turned into whimpers as she tried to stop herself from crying even more than she just did. She couldn't help but cry she was just told she was temporarily paralyzed and it could become permanent. Athena didn't know what she did to deserve this any of it.

Sure she might not have been the best child because of the whole drugs but can you really blame her. She was abused since she was 5 she was bullied and never got the affection she needed in life. It made her feel like she was getting punished for something but she doesn't know what it is and it makes her want to scream and cry.

Soon enough dr. Lorenzo and Giovanni come back in the room with Dr. Lorenzo wheeling a wheelchair. Just seeing the wheel chair makes Athena want to burst out into tears but she holds it back. "The nurses will come in and help you get changed back into regular clothes" dr. Lorenzo says to Athena.

All Athena could mange to do was nod. Two girl nurses came in then Serena Giovanni and Dr. Lorenzo walked out so they could change Athena.

*Athena's pov:

The two female nurses came in and came over to my bed side. "Hey sweetheart how you doing?"The blonde one asks me. I just did a slight shrug. "Don't worry babe I promise you're gonna be fine" the brunette one says .

They disconnected wires from my arms and body. "I need to lift your gown to clean your wounds and bandaged them ok?" The blonde says looking at me as a warning that she was going to lift the gown. I nodded and let her clean my wound. I flinched as she cleaned it and held back tears.She mumbled an apology.

She finished cleaning the wounds and bandaged them. then brought out clothes that I assume Serena brought here with her for me to change into.

The two nurses then came to one side of the bed making sure to push the bed all the way up so I was in sitting position in a way.(a/n- does that make sense hopefully??) "okay we are going to sit you in the wheelchair and dress you from there ok?" The brunette nurse says i nod a sniff a little trying to contain myself from crying.

They lift me off of the bed very carefully and into the wheelchair. I winced as they lifted me due to my wounds. I already hate how the chair feels even though I technically can't feel anything below the waist. They put my pants on that's black Nike sweatpants. Then my shirt that's a white tank top and the matching black Nike jacket. They put on my ankle white socks and black Nike slides to finish off the whole look.

They then put portable ice packs around my wounds. I hissed at the pressure that was just applied. "Sorry hun just putting them to stop swelling" the brunette nurse says.

"Okay missy you're all done we will also be your home nurses so we'll be there once you arrive home" the blonde nurse says. I nod happy that I wouldn't have to deal with more people.

The brunette nurse goes and opens the room door. I look out straight ahead to see dr. Lorenzo talking Serena and Giovanni. ' in a normal hospital wouldn't other doctors and people be walking around?' I thought to myself. I was so confused about everything happening around me.

The blonde nurse then wheeled me out to the door. Serena and Giovanni cut their conversation short as they saw me. "Hey ready to go?" Serena asked giving me a sad smile. I nodded not even wanting to talk.

As I actually looked around i noticed no one else around like how a normal hospital would be. Then as I was looking around my surroundings I see 5 large men walking in our direction from down the hallway . "Um Serena Giovanni" I quietly as my I ball my hands into a fist.

I've never seen these men before and nobody else is in this hospital with us so my mind immediately goes to the worse place I could think of. They start
to get closer and that's when I start to panic

"Serena who are they?!" I frantically ask as my breathing picks up in speed as the large 5 men near us. This causes everyone's attention to snap in the direction I'm talking about. Giovanni quickly steps in front of me slightly blocking my view of the large men.

"Calm down its fine they are our body guards they aren't going to hurt you" Serena says as she came to my side of the wheelchair. She rubs my back slightly causing me to flinch at the contact but it's calms down my breathing.

"Okay let's go now" Giovanni says as the 5 men walk away from us. Serena stands up and walks up next to where Giovanni is. I turn to look back seeing the doctor has gone and it's just the blonde and brunette nurses giving me a warm smile.

As Giovanni and Serena began to walk the blonde nurse pushes me right behind them. We walk down a hallway with other doors and rooms but to my surprise I see no other patients.

"Why Isn't anyone here?" I ask confusingly to the brunette nurse walking next to me as the blonde nurse pushed me in the wheelchair. She glances over to the blonde nurse before looking back at me.

"Oh this is the Rossi's private infirmary " she says smiling then continuing looking ahead walking down the hallway. What I'm not understanding is why they would have their own infirmary and why not just go to the regular hospital.

But now that I'm thinking of it I have so many questions to ask Serena and Giovanni. I was about to ask the nurse something but then I snapped myself out of my thoughts as I heard a door being opened.

I then was wheeled outside. I squint as I'm met with the outside. It's weird being in the open air. I can't lie it does feel refreshing. As that happens two black SUVS roll up in front of us as we sit in front of the infirmary doors.

The front seat doors of the second car open revealing two out of the 5 large men I saw inside. They go and open the back seat doors. Serena and Giovanni walk and get into the car. The nurses then wheel me to the edge of the curb before hitting the breaks on the wheelchair.

They then come to both sides of me lifting me up and setting me in the car. I of course whimpered and hissed at the pressure of the wounds. "Sorry hun" the brunette one says as she fixes me in the seat and buckles my seatbelt.

I slightly adjusted myself to the best of my abilities. The nurses then folded up the wheel chair as the guard closed my door and they put the wheel chair in the SUV in front of us. I took a deep breath trying to relax in my seat.

The two guards then got in the front seat and began to drive after the first SUV. As we got near the gate to leave the property I see a whole lot of men with guns and this triggers something in me. I start to panic and fidget.

"Athena what's wrong?" Serena asks me as my eyes become glossy. "They have guns Serena!" I slightly yell as a failed to move in my seat. "Calm down Athena its fine they aren't gonna hurt you" Giovanni says "how would you know?!?" I asks shooting him a glare Through my slightly blurred vision

"Because they work for me" he says as it's the most normal thing in the world. "W- what..?" I ask confused "we'll explain everything later but you need to calm down before you break your stitches open" he says in a cold voice.

I steady my breathing as we get out the gate driving away from the infirmary. In all honesty all I wanted was comfort from Camryn he would have made me laugh and forget about this whole mess. But now thinking of it I don't have my phone to even get in contact.

"U-um where's my phone?" I ask them stuttering some. They take a quick but long glance at each other before looking back at me. I scrunch my face up in confusion. "It's at the house we'll give it to you later" Giovanni states. I nod still confused.

I'm glad Giovanni isn't still on that bullshit about me having to answer verbally. I stare out the window to try and distract myself from everything that is happening.

Time skip

After an 20 minute drive we pull up to an unfamiliar house. I take my head off the window and look at Serena and Giovanni in confusion. "Again when get inside I'll explain everything" Giovanni says with a straight face.

'What the hell is happening' I think to myself.
