The glass is always half empty

From you, this world has always kept me
But now I'm with you, and it's efforts are now null
Sure, it took me a while to see
But now that I do, I must admit
Your personality is beautiful
And now that we can be free
I just want to show you that we fit
Together, because of your laugh, of which I will never be truly full.
Like turbulence,
Sure, it's scary sometimes.
But in the end, you always make it through
