My youngest brother, Aaron Rostand, was born on the first night of Winter. He was very small in my eyes, with the dark eyes and black hair of our father, and a sweetheart from the craddle. Even if I was biased because I adore my siblings.

My cousin Debbie was born the next day, sharing her birthday with Elyon. She also got most of her mother's colouring with darker skin and orangey hair. She was so squishy! Completely adorable, I tell you. I wish we had the Carnet's Empire technology so I could have a recording of her and Aaron at that age, because after meeting them for the first time I wanted more than anything to have my own child.

Godwin, true to form, was understanding of it; soon enough I myself was pregnant too. After I was expecting, but before I showed, somehow Justina started to accept me. The last remnants of coldness dissapeared and she was sweeter to me than before. We liked to go fishing together.

I won't lie, I was so looking forward to the rest of my life. Even if Godwin had taken my surname, I wanted to have -at the very least- cordial relationships with my family-in-law, and that it was becoming so warmed my heart.
