LEXA POV
For a week now, I have been anxious on something. Not my relationship with Clarke but how she always brings me to dates or she brings me food. Basically, she's the one doing all the things a relationship should do. I mean seriously, I haven't asked her out on a date, I haven't surprised her with anything. I know we are already together, as what Anya and Luna scold me about. But now that we're together, I can't help but think that she might not want me anymore since I'm not putting any effort to our relationship.

I sigh just thinking about this. But no worries, I made a plan. I have been for the past week. I mean, school is basically the same. Class here, class there. The only thing good about it is lunch and I get to hold Clarke's hands and kiss her.

Me: Clarke?

Clarke: Yes, princess?

Me: Would you like to go on a date with me?

Clarke smirks at me.

Clarke: And why would I do that?

She grins and I just look down shyly.

Me: Because I want to take you out. I want to make you feel special too.

Clarke pulls my chin up and snuggles to my chest.

Clarke: Aww, of course baby, you can take me out on a date. But you don't have to worry about me not feeling special okay? You already make me special. I love you

She kisses my nose and I smile at her widely.

Me: I love you too.

It's Saturday evening. It's time for mine and Clarke's date. What I have planned isn't the date Clarke always bring me too. I went for an old fashioned date. You know, picking up, bringing flowers, wearing nice clothes and all that. So I did.

I went out at about 5:30 in the afternoon texting Clarke, even if we live in the same house, that I am about to pick her up in 15 minutes. I went to the flower shop near our street and bought sunflowers and blue roses, her favorite.

I knock at the door, Clarke opens it and I took in her appearance. She was wearing black skinny jeans that showed off her toned muscles, a patterned crop top and of course, her favorite leather jacket (which is now the gift I gave her). I stared at her for longer than I probably should have and didn't look away until Clarke kissed me. I look down and blushed feverishly.

Clarke: You don't have to hide, princess. We're together now. And to return your cute blush, You look amazing yourself and I love you.

Me: Sorry I didn't mean to stare.

I apologised, still refusing to look up.

Clarke: No it's fine, at least I know I don't look bad or anything.
