"Loki, why is there a snake in the lounge?" No response. "Loki? Loki!" As you said that, they snake started glowing green. "What the..." Once it had stopped glowing, Loki appeared where the snake had been.
"Hello darling." He said in his smooth, silky voice.
"How did you do that?" You asked curiously.
"Oh, you know, just another one of the tricks that Mother taught me." He replied.
"Do you think you'd be able to teach me?" You pleaded.
"I'm not a good teacher." He stated sadly.
"Do you think your mum could teach me?" You asked wishfully.
"Sh-she's dead." Loki said looking down at his shoes.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean t-" You started.
"It's okay. I get it a lot." He cut in.
"Loki." You said sitting him down on the sofa with you. He turned back into a snake and cuddled up on your lap as you stroked him. "I know that you've had a rough past, but I'll make it up to you. I promise, and to make things even better, I will never leave you. Ever."
