Asta's POV:
After a full hour of walking non-stop, we finally made it to the village of Ashter.
The village was decorated in many colors, lanterns hung on long lines of string across the buildings.
There were a lot of stands holding all sorts of things, customers surrounding many of those stands.
"Woahhh! It's looks so cool!" I beamed, stars in my eyes.
Noelle tried desperately to hide her smile, but it was so evidently obvious.
Mimosa and Leopold were behind her, taking in the view. While Klaus and Yuno stood behind.
"You planned this didn't you..?" Klaus asked with a raised eyebrow.
I snickered a little, "Maybe~"
"He totally did." Yuno answered for me.
"Yuno!"
"So on our way to the school, a woman at a restaurant we were eating at asked Asta to come to the Flower Fest." Yuno explained.
"Is that what this whole event is?" Noelle asked looking at Yuno.
Yuno nodded.
"Though I thought you had completely forgotten about it."
I held up my pointer finger, "No way!"
Yuno shrugged and looked around.
"Let's get to the square!" Mimosa beamed.
Once in the square of the village, we all sat down on the edge of the fountain.
"So. What are we gonna do?" Leo asked.
"We could just split into pairs." Mimosa suggested.
"That could work, there are 6 of us." Klaus said in thought.
"Well let's do it! Who's gonna get paired with who?" I beamed.
"Let's do rock, paper, scissors!" Leo beamed.
We all did it:
Asta: rock
Noelle: paper
Mimosa: paper
Leo: scissors
Klaus: scissors
Yuno: rock
(A/N: I mean that was a given that Yuno and Asta were gonna get put together.)
"Alright, Leo! You make sure Klaus has actual fun tonight okay?" I beamed.
"I shall make it my mission to!" Leo pledged.
Klaus pushed up his glasses, "That's an offense to me."
"Well sorry Mr. Spects! You never show anything happy whenever I'm around.." I stated bluntly.
"You little..."
I patted his back, oblivious to the fact that he was pissed, "But it's fine, Leo said that he'll make it his mission to get a smile out of you, so it'll all be a-okay."
"HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT I CAN'T SMILE!" Klaus exclaimed.
"Well okay prove it. Smile right here, and right now." I demanded.
He looked at me in shock but took a deep breath.
Then he smiled in the most creepiest way: He was basically giving one of those clown smiles, but 10x scarier.
"Okay you can stop now."
I pushed him towards Leo, "Fix him please."
"Will do." Leo answered.
