You and Eddy got into a coffeeshop after few minutes of uncontrolable staring at each other on the streets. Eddy actually kindly paying you for a quick coffee.

It is an awkward situation, sitting in front of your childhood friend that was "disappeared" for a while. You bet Eddy feels the same way, since he seems find it difficult to talk, even though he's the one who ask for it.

"So I heard you would like to find your own happiness, huh?" You finally started the conversation, helping the awkward situation to end.

Eddy looks at you with a confused face, but then turns his head away immediately. "We are united because of our parents, they're really hype on making us married. But, you're happy now, don't you? I'm actually have no use anymore here."

"No you're not!" You said firmly. "You still thinking that you're here with no purpose, aren't you? Do you really want to let those bullies win against you?"

Eddy silents. There's a little shocked expression on his face.

"You said it yourself, you want to show people that you're special with your music, right? Brett and I supported you for that, and you said you have no use anymore? What are you thinking, Edward?" You continue to question. You really have no idea why Eddy have to think too much about his life.

Eddy looks down, didn't answer your questions.

"Seriously, Ed, what is wrong with you?" You cried, putting both of your hands on your face. "Is there something else troubling you other than your past? You know you have us to chat, right?"

Eddy look at you with regrets. He looks like he's trying to comfort you but he didn't do anything after all. "Don't cry... I..."

"We loved you for who you are, Edward... I believe your Mom is too... Stop thinking that you're always alone in this!" You look at Eddy's eyes, trying to convince him that you're serious.

"I..." Eddy looks away. "It's just that... I can't talk about this with you both..."

"Why?" You asked. "You can talk about anything, you know? Me or Brett will totally listen and help you the best we can."

Eddy shake his head. "I'm sorry I worried you, Y/N. You and Brett can't help me with anything for this case. That's why I'm not telling you."

You take a deep breath, trying not to burst again. "Is it really... that serious?"

"Why are you on the streets in the first place?" Asked Eddy, seems like he's lobbying the topic.

"Why do you think? I went to your house to look for you!" You said while rubbing your eyes from your tears. "You won't understand I've been worried since you disappeared. Brett was shocked too."

Eddy take his time to frown and shut his mouth. "I'm sorry."

You sigh. "Do you really don't want to talk to us anymore? Or at least let us be your supporter again."

"Do you still want to listen if I say I always loved you since day one....? Far before you met Brett.....?" Eddy said with one breath.

Silence instantly dominating the atmosphere. Both of us just looked at each other's eyes, processing what just Eddy said.

You suddenly get goosebumps, hearing an unexpected words that you never thought of before. Your mind suddenly feels stuck, your body's tensing, feels like you can't think of a good answer for that question even after you scolded him.
