"You didn't tell me you could sing, Lyrica." He stopped in front of me, looking down because I was sitting on the sofa. He then grabbed the water bottle beside me and sat down.
"I couldn't." I replied. I turned to the other side and scooted a little because he's a little too close.
"Sing one more time. I want to hear it."
I'm trying my best to hide my face from him but he just kept on chasing my gaze.
"No. I can't sing." I said with finality laced in the tone of my voice. Thankfully, he decided to drop the subject.
To prevent myself from looking at him again, I scanned through the place once again. A certain poster caught my attention. It was the same poster Jiro made Keann put up in his coffee shop. Nanlaki ang mata ko nang marealize na nandoon si Seth. Ngayon ko lang napansin!
The said concert date was last month, but I don't remember any concert that happened. Ashriel would have told me about it, too.
"Jiro!" I called for my classmate who's currently busy doing something related to music in the computer. He removed his headphones and turned his swivel chair around to face me. The other guys looked at me too.
"Hmm?"
"The concert you told me about... I don't think I was able to attend that. When was it exactly?"
He smiled. "Don't worry, you didn't miss it. It was rescheduled since one particular bandmate decided not to show up." Jiro said, looking at Seth.
What did he do now?
"Hey, it's getting late." Seth pulled my elbow up, signalling for me to stand up with him. Nagpatianod naman ako sa hila niya na walang kahirap-hirap.
"Nikolai, sabihin mo kay Isaiah babalik ako. Hatid ko lang 'to."
Tumango lang si Nikolai. Umalis na rin kami pagkatapos.
Nakasalubong pa namin si Isaiah sa labas, kasama iyong kaibigan ni Seth. If I'm right, siya yung kasama ni Seth sa canteen noong isang araw, si Kaius.
"Ashriel, my friend!" maligayang sabi niya pero napatigil nang makita ako.
"Nyx, baby!" ambang yayakapin niya ako nang hinila ako ni Seth at hinila naman si Kaius ni Isaiah. "Behave," sita ni Isaiah rito.
"Napakadamot netong si Kuya! KJ!" Kaius said.
Tumawa nalang ako. His whole aura just seems to make everything around him brighter. "Hi, Kaius!"
Halos kuminang ang mata niya, "Woah! You remember my name! Ashriel, she remembers my name!"
He's really hyper and I heard that he really has his way with the girls. I think all the guys I've been with this whole day are pretty popular.
But wait, he called Isaiah as his 'Kuya'. I remember Kaius introducing himself as an Alcazar.
Tumingala ako para tingnan ang sign na umiilaw. This building is ALCZR Studios.
If I'm not mistaken, they own this building. I snapped my finger as I completed the puzzle. Big brain move for solving this, Nyx Lyrica!
Piningot ni Isaiah ang tainga ni Kaius nang muntikan pa siyang lumapit sa akin at hinila na papasok sa building. I find it amusing how Isaiah seems to be more behaved compared to his sibling. Though I'm sure it'd be a pain in the ass if they both had Kaius' personality.
Sumakay na kami ni Seth sa isang itim na Montero Sport na sa tingin ko ay kaniya. I didn't bother asking kung paano napunta dito yung sasakyan niya kahit wala naman ito dito kanina.
