the three of them were frozen, no one had expected what junhui has signed, they stayed in that position some good 30 seconds before junhui broke the silence, this time he spoke because the secret was gone and both of them could hear him

"i'm sorry i said that so suddenly, but i didn't want to keep it a secret, i thought i wasn't ready for my mom to know but apparently i am" he said and sat down avoiding eye contact

"so, you guys have heard each other all these years but you've just discovered it recently or you just started dating recently?" ms. moon signed, she was very confused

junhao took a deep breath, once again, they had to explain the complicated situation, minghao decided to be the one to explain so he started signing "ms. moon, do you know that thing that happens when you can just hear your soulmate when you have feelings for them?"

junhui's mom nodded and the younger continued "well, we both have it, it was very complicated but long story short, we discovered we were soulmates not that long ago, but decided to stay friends for the moment until we started really really liking each other, so that's something we lied about, we're just dating, we're not a couple yet" he signed and bit his lip with a guilty expression for lying before

his mom sat there just thinking for while and then nodded "i didn't expect that" she took a deep nervous breath "so you're my son's soulmate?" she asked

"yes, and i promise i will make him happy every single day i'm able to be with him for the rest of my life, please know that he's in good hands and that i will never ever make him suffer" minghao signed quickly with his hands slightly shaking

his mom just shrugged seeming unbothered "that seems fine, i just hope you can both be happy with each other for a long time" she signed

"we will" they accidentally signed and said at the same time and giggled shyly

they kept eating and talking about fun stuff that had happened to them at school or gossip about other students, not long after that, minghao had to leave

"so, see you tomorrow?" the younger asked already outside his front door and about to leave

"of course" junhui said and let go off his hand for the other to leave, he had to wait until the next morning to see him again and that sucked so he pouted

"why are you suddenly pouting?" minghao asked and giggled at his cuteness, he took a hand to the taller's cheek and caressed it lightly

junhui stopped pouting at the feeling of the other's gentle touch and smiled in satisfaction "i was just wondering, what's wrong with your lips?" he acted weirded out

"my lips?" minghao took his hand away from his cheek to touch his lips with a confused face "is there something with them?" he asked worryingly

"no, i just really feel the urge to feel them on mine" junhui smirked

minghao rolled his eyes with a playful smirk appearing on his lips "moon junhui, you're the most annoying person ever" he said

"oh, don't act like you don't like it" he chuckled, his flirting was good, no one could deny it

"you're right, it's attractive" the younger said before leaning in to peck his lips

junhui smiled into the kiss, minghao's lips were so soft and felt so pure on his, every time he felt them, they never failed to make him feel the sensation that it was his first kiss ever

they parted away and smiled at each other lovely, junhui licked his lips and yelled a last goodbye while minghao was walking towards his car

he couldn't see him but he was sure the younger was at least blushing, he smirked while imagining his face and when the other's car was finally gone, he entered his house and closed the door behind him

he had expected his mom to be in her room by then but she wasn't, she was sitting on the couch seeming nervous and just before he could ask her if something was wrong, his mom spoke first

"junhui, do you have a moment? i need to talk to you"
