they were all frozen, what was happening? were minhyuk and chan related then?

"so, are you guys related?" soonyoung asked

"soonyoung, how are they supposed to know that?" minghao signed "we are all clueless"

"guys, there's a way to find out, we can test if chan can hear minhyuk's soulmate, if he can, that means that the three of them are soulmates, if he can't, then they're related"

they all nodded, the idea would completely work, however, there was another problem, minhyuk reached his pocket to take out his phone and then remembered

"but we were just mugged" minhyuk signed "and if you guys lend me a phone she won't answer since there's no point in answering an unknown number because you won't hear the other person anyway"

chan seemed like someone had taken away the life in him, he was still in complete shock, every time minhyuk signed, he could hear him emit tiny sounds, it felt weird

"but- don't you feel it?" chan signed while hesitating and looking at minhyuk

minhyuk scratched the back of his neck "i need to be honest, i do feel something, it's that sort of connection but i can't be completely sure" he signed and said

that morning, chan was planning on going to school and going back home to watch netflix, but now, he was in a situation where he could be in front of his soulmate and not only have one soulmate but two

just thinking about it blew his mind, in fact every time minhyuk made a sound it startled him, like the voice was somehow familiar

minghao stood up to make some coffee and they all started signing different things trying to evade the awkward topic but minhyuk and chan couldn't stop staring at each other every two seconds

minhyuk thought his love life was complete once he found his soulmate, yewon was all he wished for and loved, he never expected meeting chan, however he wanted to stop thinking about the issue, it would be so awkward if they turned out to be cousins or something

"that's amazing, we're also dancers" soonyoung signed excitedly

it turned out minhyuk and bin were dancers just as them and not just any dancers, they were really good ones and had been training for a long time

"you should totally come to one of our presentations then" bin signed

"where do you guys dance?" junhui signed

"it's called retro future, almost every friday we go and dance there, it's just a weekly event in an empty street but it's totally safe, only dancers go and we have lots of fun" minhyuk signed and spoke excitedly

chan stared in amusement, he liked the way minhyuk smiled and signed excitedly, he couldn't understand what he was saying but he liked the fact that he had the habit of speaking while signing

"we'll be there on friday" chan signed

they all nodded "guys, the person you called to pick you up is here, he just texted me that he's outside" soonyoung signed

"damn it, i just finished making coffee" minghao pouted

"we should get going then" bin signed and they all stood up to go outside "are you safe? do you know this guy?" minghao signed

"yeah, he's actually my soulmate so don't worry" bin signed and smiled

they guy inside the car looked fancy, he was dressed up in a suit and had a handsome face, they walked over to the car and when they were about to get in, chan ran over to minhyuk and tapped his shoulder

"umm, could you maybe- give me your phone number?" chan signed as he passed him his phone with a phone contact ready for a number to be written

minhyuk smiled "of course" he signed and grabbed the phone, after a few seconds of tapping he gave chan the phone back with a number on it

chan stepped back as minhyuk and and bin got in the car and they left, he turned around and saw his friends with no expression on their faces

chan puffed his cheeks and scratched the back of his neck when suddenly the other three lost it, they ran to him in excitement and hugged him as they jumped around

"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?" soonyoung signed exaggeratedly

they all smiled widely as they hugged each other, a few seconds later, they broke the hug so chan signed "i still can't believe it, i might've just found a member of my blood family or two soulmates"

"i don't want to get ahead of myself but if you guys aren't soulmates i'll be pretty surprised, you guys look perfect for each other, just like me and my precious little baby" soonyoung signed

chan blushed and junhao rolled their eyes because of the last thing he said "you're literally the corniest ever" minghao signed

"well look at him, he's totally blushing, talk about corny" soonyoung signed while looking at chan

chan looked away while grinning cutely and covering his face, a habit he had whenever he was overwhelmed

"as beautiful as the night is, we should go inside, it's pretty late and two guys just got mugged near here about an hour ago" minghao signed

they all agreed and went inside quickly, they put on their pajamas and laid on soonyoung's bed, chan took his hands and placed them over his head making a mind blown expression "i'm just shocked, hearing is so weird" he signed

the other three smiled sweetly and then junhui realized something, he stood up so they could see him and signed "chan, if he really is your soulmate you two have a thing in common"

chan raised an eyebrow in confusion "what is it" he asked

"you both are dumb, he literally just got his phone stollen, that means his phone number was also stollen, you won't be able to contact him until we go to their presentation on friday and you have to ask for his number again" junhui signed

"oh my god" chan signed in frustration making them all chuckle

"look at the bright side, when you discover if he's your soulmate, it'll happen in person and not on the phone, because his girlfriend and your possibly other soulmate will be there" soonyoung signed

"yeah, it'll totally be better, when i heard junhui speak for the first time, he held my hands because i was so shocked i had a panic attack and it was a cute moment, trust me, it's better that way, you just have to wait until friday and it's already tuesday" minghao signed

chan nodded and sighed, junhui started cuddling minghao sweetly and yawned "let's sleep, there's school tomorrow" he signed

minghao nodded as he closed his eyes eyes already half asleep since the other's cuddles were so cozy "we're all already in our pajamas so let's just sleep, it was a big day for chan and for junhui and i since we kissed for the first time" he signed

junhui, soonyoung and chan opened their mouths and widened their eyes in surprise, minghao realized what he had just signed and his eyes flew open

"i mean- i- whatever let's sleep" he signed with a flustered expression

chan and soonyoung shared a look in complete joy and hugged themselves as they celebrated over the other two "operation junhao is working" soonyoung signed excitedly

chan nodded and started raising his eyebrows suggestively, soonyoung started teasing them too with smirks and blowing kisses

junhui and minghao closed their eyes shyly to avoid them as they giggled and hugged themselves even tighter, eventually falling asleep
