chapter 17
Caroline saw the yellow eyes of a very enraged Klaus and ran after them.
Klaus has gone to Caroline's to check on her since she's been avoiding him, only to find her getting kissed on the cheek by another guy. He was mad, to say the least.
"Klaus!" Caroline yelled after him, running as fast as her speed would take her.
Klaus stopped and turned to her, causing her to stop and place herself a few feet away.
"What?" He snapped, walking closer to her with angry strides.
"You have no right to be mad! You used me to get Elena! You made me care and faked this adorable lone wolf act just to get her!" Caroline felt tears push their way up but she willed them to no spillover.
Klaus seemed taken aback but he quickly regained his consciousness and grasped her hands. Klaus knee she was insecure be he never intended for her to ever feel used.
"Love, It was the least of my intentions to make you feel used," He said stroked her cheek softly with her thumb.
Caroline broke down as she inhaled his scent, "Klaus..." she whispered while hugging him.
Klaus wrapped around her body tightly, his hands protectively entangled in hers
"Nik. Call me Nik."
