Chapter 12:
I get out of my pyjamas and dress into some fighting gear. I'm not letting some dumb vampire slayers kidnap my best friend. I run down the stairs and open the door, until I'm interupted.
"Where do you think you're going?" Mum asks.
"Lucas is in danger! I have to go help him!" I explain.
"No, you're staying here!" Mum orders.
I have to tell her, now is my only chance.
"I'm a vampire..." I say quickly.
A eeiry silence fills the air, I'm guessing she wants a bigger explanation. "Before I was bit, by Lucas, my name was Elaina Green. I was forced to leave my parents and to change my identity a year ago. Ever since then I've been living here, trying to live a normal teenage girls life."
She seemed shocked, but she had to be aware that a blood sucking creature was living under her roof.
"Go..." She says.
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Thank you mum!" I say happily, I hug her and walk towards the door. "If I don't come back, I love you..."
"I love you too..." She mutters.
With that, I ran and ran. I'll give those vampire slayers a scare for sure.
