Empty.
That's how I feel.
It's like I was a balloon ,floating through the air, and then I popped.

And I popped bad.

Maybe I'm over reacting? Maybe I'm not, but it's hurts so much.

I trusted Leo, I said those three words to him even though they hold so much .

And he betrays me.

There's a reason I don't want people to know about my past. It's too painful. I can't afford to go back to that time.

It'll break me more than I already am broken.

Tears stream down my face as I stare in the mirror.

Gone is the girl in the beautiful coronation dress, who was happy. Im a mess . I should've known

Happiness  doesn't last forever.

Leo's POV

Alright, I'll say it. I messed up and I regret it. I don't known what I was thinking. Ray doesn't deserve this. There is only one person  who can help me, tho I doubt he will after he hears what I've done.

I knock on Percy's door.

He opens it and raises his eyebrows. "Leo? Why are you here? Shouldn't you be with my sister ?"
I bite my lower lip.
"About that....." , I tell him everything and his face contorts to anger as well.

"Leo, don't you know how broken she is? She trusted you. I can't even-"
" I know Percy, you gotta help me. I didn't mean to"
"You didn't mean to but you did anyways. Counterproductive if you ask me."
"Gods Percy, I know, please"

He thinks for a little bit. He looks so much like her, it hurts a little.

"I can't help you . You have to fix this yourself and fast. This quest, it's serious. Like Gaea serious."
I walk off, blinking out tears. What's the point? I don't know how to do this.

"Whoa, what happened here ?", Magnus' voice cuts through my thoughts.

" oh nothing really, only I broke my girlfriends heart and I don't know how to fix it. Good day to you", I sat flatly.
His mouth twitches. "Maybe I can help", he offered.

"How?"
"Get her a falafel "
"Excuse me?"
"Fool proof advice. Falafel makes everything better"

"What I'm trying to say is make it up to her. She seems really nice "
Clearly he hasn't seen her angry.

I sigh, nod my head and make my way to my room.

"Aphrodite , I hate you.", I muttered angrily.
"Your hair is on fire darling, and I don't mean that as a compliment."
A lady looking exactly like Ray, to the pic t where it hurts looks at me.
"Wonderful you're back", I say as my pat out my burning curls.

"I came to warn you sweetheart, time is of the essence, and it's running out pretty quickly. "
"That wouldn't be the case if you had not given me this stupid blessing!", I cried.
"Oh honey-"
"Can you stop with all the lovey - dovey adjectives.?"
"I'm literally the goddess of love"

" Leo, I had to give it to you, it's a test, I needed to see how powerful your love is for eachother. It's essential. "
"What's so important about love in this quest?", I ask puzzled.
"Love is more important than you think. Why do you think wedding rites say' for better or for worse'? Love binds and emotions are power Leo. The faster you learn that , the better"
"Emotions are too much work", I grumbled.
"Is it now?", she asked amusedly." From what I gather you have very strong emotions for Ray"
I look up at her. She has a motherly look all of a sudden.

"Tell Piper I said hi". She said before poofing away.

I sit on my bed. And I do what Apollo wanted me to. I sing.

Suddenly I realised Aphrodite gave me a clue.
"Tell piper I said hi"
I jumped of my bed . Piper was Aphrodites daughter. Sure she wasn't the traditional daughter of the goddess of love, in fact quite  the contrary. She was a tomboy. But Aphrodites daughter no less.

She'd know what to do. I ran to her room and knocked on the door. She opened it with a grumpy look.
"Leo? I was taking a much needed nap so is better be good"

"Piper, your mother said hi"
