(Jonathan's P.O.V)
I was at the United Center when I received Riley's text. I couldn’t stop thinking about her the whole drive here. She was a nice girl and a fellow Canadian / Manitoba. I got out of my car and went into the U.C. I went into the locker room and went over to my area. I started to put my gear on, I must of had a smile on my face because Kaner came over to me and said, "What are you thinking about to make you smile."
"A girl I met before I came here." I replied.
"Was she cute?" asked Sharpie, who overheard are talk.
"I guess you could say that." I replied.
"Tells us what she is like." said Kaner. At this time he was sitting on my left and Sharpie on my right.
"She is nice, from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and is the new broadcaster." I said, I didn't want to go into details.
"Well just flew out the window." said Sharpie.
"What?" I asked. But never got a response. Coach Q came in the room and said to be on the ice in five minutes. Kaner and Sharpie went over to their areas and finished getting dressed. I finished and put on my helmet. I went out onto the ice and practice but she was still on my mind.
