Back to School: Breakfast Ideas 🥞🥓

Peanut butter toast - Simply spread peanut butter onto a toasted slice of bread. Then add banana slices and drizzle honey or sprinkle chia seeds to finish off.

Avocado toast - Mash your avocado up and season it however you like. Spread the mashed avocado on your toast and top it off with a fried egg.

Overnight oats - In a mason jar or ziploc bag add 1/3 cups of oats, 1/4 cups of greek yogurt, 1/4 cups of milk, mix it all up then flavor it. You can add honey, strawberries, chocolate shavings, or whatever you like to it. Put it in the fridge and grab it in the morning.

Freezer smoothie packs - In a ziploc bag put different frozen fruits and a frozen cube of yogurt. Store this in the fridge and when you get up just add a liquid and blend it.

Yogurt parfait - Pour some yogurt in a cup then add some granola and strawberries.
