Chapter 9: A Double date?

Narrator POV:

They all enter the car before Rosé could answer Jennie question.

Rosé POV:

I slam the door out of excitement and I grab my phone slamming my finger tips on my phones screen looking for Irene's contact.

"Yo! We should do that double date. Let me call Irene and ask if she can make it." Rosé said with excitement and hesitation.

On the phone

"Hey babe! Are you down for a double date with Lisa Jennie and I. If you can make it because I know you're always busy." I asked with a smile on her face.

"I'm sorry baby I really wish I could but I can't make it, I have a major exam to study for." I hear her say with a sad tone.

My smile slowly fades while hearing her response.

"Oh o- it's it's fine baby, I just- I really miss you. We haven't seen each other in 2 1/2 months. We haven't been calling each other lately and I feel like you will find someone better than me." I say while I'm facing the ground holding back my tears.

"Baby please don't make me feel bad. Soon. I promise soon we will meet again." Irene says worriedly.

"But that's the thing bab- I don't think I can keep doing this . Do you know how horny I've been!? I've been fighting the urge to fuck other girls. I would never cheat on you but I have to be honest I have thought about it but never acted on it because I'm loyal and I care about your feelings. I just hope whoever you marry will treat you the way you deserve to be treated. I love you and if you ever need anything I'm here for you." I quietly confessed and hold my chest and start sobbing. I look up from the ground because I feel Lisa and Jennie caressing my shoulder, signaling everything will be okay.

"I agree baby. You were the best thing that has ever happened to me. And the girl you marry I hope she treats you great. I will miss you. But I hope we can be friends in the future and we can go to each wedding nana she happy for each other." I hear Irene cry hardly.

"Bye and thank you for all the beautiful moments in my life that we shared together." I say with a pain in my throat and chest while Lisa and Jennie wipe the tears off my cheeks.

"I wish I was there to give you one last hug and kiss. Bye I love you." Irene said as her breathing regulates.

"I love you."

I hung up

I put my forehead against my knees and I start crying from the pain.

Lisa POV:

I've have never seen Rosé heartbroken.
Seeing her like this hurt me because she is my bestfriend and like the sister I never had.

I reached for her back. I began to rub it as I said, "Look Rosé I know it is really fucking hard. But you gotta be the Rosé I first met. That independent, confident, happy, smart, player one."

"This really fucking sucks." Rosé says while giggling because she's trying not to cry so much.

"Things happen for a reason. Maybe your next girlfriend will be your wife! You never know." Jennie says with hope.

"Aw you're so cute babe." I say while pinching her cheek.

"Ouch Lisa let go!" Jennie says as she pushes my hand away.
