Liam's POV
We started walking again with no idea where to go. I am just waiting for another challenge to be thrown over us so we can get the power. Louis got his power and he didn't let me breathe in peace after that.
"Are we going in a circle cause I am seeing the same things." Niall asked.
Louis scoffed "What do mean by same thing? Is here anything else other than sand?"
"Can we rest somewhere for few minutes?" Zayn asked.
I look around for a decent place to sit with little bit of shade. I guess my luck is with me cause I see in a distance there are two palm trees which is casting shadow where we can rest for a bit.
"Let's go there" I said pointing to the trees.
We race upto there and we all are panting due to running. So we stand under the tree taking deep breaths. I don't know why but I don't feel good. It's like something is going to happen.
"Are we going down? Because these trees look taller than before." Harry said with a worried tone.
I look down and infact we are going down. The floor is not going down, but we are. I tried to pull my leg out, but it hard. I need some support to pull my body out. Louis is trying to use his power but they are not helping.
"My powers are not working here" Louis shouted.
"They are working but it's not enough to pull you out." Harry explained.
"I don't wanna go in" Niall said in a panicked voice.
"Don't worry Ni, we will be alright." Zayn said though he is also struggling.
It's feels like déjà vu; it is like the situation I have seen in my dreams few days ago. But this time I am not alone in this, my mates are also stuck. I remembered that the white wolf with green eyes said that 'You are doing it Liam and only-'
"You can stop it Liam" I snapped my head towards the voice, it was Harry who said it. So that white wolf was Harry.
"What do mean that Li can stop this?" Louis asked.
"Liam's element is earth, he can stop it and save us" Harry said.
"But how? I was unable to do it before." I said and I see confusion expressions.
"What do mean by before?" Zayn asked.
"Can we talk about this later, Liam just save us now." Niall snapped but I can sense fear in his voice. The sand reach upto our chest and we are still sinking down. But I still don't know what to do.
I guess Harry sense my confusion cause he said "Liam, close your eyes, forget about us and just concentrate in your inner power, your element."
I don't know what else to do so I closed my eyes and starts focusing on my inner power. I think about solidifying the sand, making it normal so that we can stop sinking.
I feel something funny inside me. I can hear faint screams of my mates, but I didn't pay attention to it. Suddenly, something happened and everything went silent.
