Chapter 28

As soon as they reached their house, they started to to the tasks that was arranged just now. Jisoo and Rosé are in charge of preparing the food and Lisa had to set up the decorations.

They also asked managernim to inform them when Jennie returns to the house. They don't have much time. They prepared red wines and foods and Rosé even went out to buy a nice cake. Lisa blew some balloons and decorated the dining table with nice candles. Just as they're about to finish, manager called them to inform them Jennie is coming back now. They fasten up the preparations and when everything is done, they turned off the lights and hid behind the sofa.

Not for long, they heard the sound of keys opening the doors and then Jennie entered the room. She mumbled to herself:

"Why isn't anybody home? Their shoes are all outside, I guess I'll have dinner on my own then"

Jisoo mouthed: "1, 2, 3"

And three of them shouted: "Surprise!" while jumping out from the couch holding the cake with candles lit up. Jennie was so terrified that she fell on the ground, her eyes are wide open and one of her hands is patting on her chest.

"Oh my god unnie are you alright?" Rosé asked while walking over to help her up.

Jisoo who's holding the cake and Lisa laughed uncontrollably and tears are literally gushing out from Lisa's eyes. She wanted to save this memory and so she had set up camera and unexpectedly filmed all of it.

"What is all this?" Jennie asked after resting her poor little heart

"It's a surprise party! For you! Do you like it?" Rosé asked

"I'd like it if someone could stop watching the video and kindly delete it" said Jennie while glaring at Lisa and Jisoo who's playing the video over again and again.

"There's no way.. I mean no way... in this world I'm deleting this video" Lisa said while laughing out hard and loud

"You should come and see this for yourself, you're so funny!" said Jisoo whole laughing too

"Alright alright that's enough, everyone go to the dining table and sit down" ordered Rosé

Jisoo turned the phone screen to Rosé and in no time, three of them are laughing hysterically while Jennie sits in her seat at the dining table watching them emotionlessly.

"Are we having this dinner or not?" Jennie asked

"Sure we are" Jisoo said still laughing though

"That's it, I'm counting to three, whoever that doesn't stops by then will go to eat herself in the living room" said Jennie

"One..."

Rosé stopped laughing

"Two..."

Jisoo stopped laughing

"Three."

Both of them saw Lisa laughing uncontrollably and burst out laughing again

"So I guess it's us in the living room and you in the dining table then" Lisa said while giving Jennie a sly grin

She walked over and grab her plates, Rosé playfully followed too, Jisoo was about to do the same when Jennie said in warning tone:

"Kim Jisoo don't you dare follow her"

Jisoo gave out a faint chuckle and sat down opposite Jennie obediently. She also shouted for Lisa and Rosé to come back. Rosé sat beside Jennie and Lisa sat beside Jisoo. They calmed themselves down and Jisoo spoke:
