"Why do you believe you're going to win?" She asked.
I looked over at Elena who was watching me. "I am here for one purpose only, which is to protect Elena. She is like my sister, and I want her to win. I didn't come in this for any reason, my family is not poor and Elena needs it more than me. I am not afraid to die, but I will die protecting my sister." I glanced around the crowd who looked at me with awe, then back over at Elena who was tearing up.
"So you don't want to win?"
"No if I happen to win, I would have given everything to Elena's family. To let them know I am sorry for not bringing their daughter home safe." Getting up I heard the crowd go wild as I made my way back over to Elena. "You are my sister Elena." I said lightly pulling her into a big hug. In the distance I heard the interviewer say my name.
"That was Markie! District 5!"
