He looks at her from afar
Like he had Been for months
But he noticed something different this time
A glow he hadn't seen on her
In a long time

She looked radiant
Beautiful when he had first locked eyes with her
Her locks fell on her face, and she scrunched her nose in annoyance

He smiled to himself,
She had always been annoyed by the wind
When it would mess her curls
But he loved his fiend curls
As much as he loved her

But now he hated
Not being the reason of her smile
His eyes travelled slowly over her frame
Taking in her appearance
trying to figure out what's different this time

And then it hit him
Like a train, when he noticed her
hand caressing her tummy
With a lost look in her brown orbs
He loved getting lost in

Regret and guilt washing over him
This wasn't what he had planned
He wasn't supposed to fall in love with her
Not when he had another to provide for
