you said,
hold on to me
did you not see?
that i stayed even after being your sexual muse
and empty promised of a love that I'll neve see.

always leaving me conflicted
with your open ended messages
I finally believed that I'm difficult to love
but a luggage to carry,
only pain i ever inflicted

the storied we wrote, were my favourites
the love we shared was fading
leaving the ruins of our shared poems
void of any love that i could savor it

yet, I'm still hoping
that one day.. I'll wake up
wrapped in your arms, cuddled up
no lies, no silence
hearts soaring in each others love
we nestled, no more of moping.
